I only wish it had the insert that you can fill with laundry detergent and fabric softener that dispenses over time likemy old one did but other than that, its awesome!!!!

My TV will show brief message your wash is done

I was told the cost of fixing it is relatively the same as a new machine because of the new technology, like everything. So depending on if it breaks on me in the next 3 years, I may change my stars. However, Samsung products have been typically reliable for me, so I’m hopeful. It has cleaned really well. We have a lot of tough laundry and it’s done really well. I thought a sanitizing feature would be on it? It’s not. That would be my only complaint- but there is a heavy cleaning feature, so I use that and things come out very clean. I have not yet used the steam feature but i will a lot. I love that it has it. It’s beautiful. I got the rose gold knobs. A very nice extra for a hard working machine
