We were looking for a top loading washer to replace an older one with an agitator. The front loaders won't fit in our space. This one has a very large capacity. It can handle 2 loads that the agitator model used to do. We've washed kids jackets that always seem to get dirty fast and it did a very nice job -- they're not like new but they are much brighter than our old washer could do. The washer has settings for waterproof items as well. The sales rep at Best Buy told me this is a lower temperature setting so that the waterproof materials aren't damaged. If the laundry inside goes off balance, a "UE" warning indicator comes on and waits for you to readjust the clothes and then it starts again. The spin cycle is fast and I have not seen it causing vibrations. As other reviewers have noted, this is a very deep washer so it may be harder to reach all of the items at the bottom without a step stool if you're 5'2" or less.

This is a great machine. I use the "bedding" setting a lot, and also the normal with the AquaJet setting. Everything gets really clean. The only reason I give it four stars is because it is 100% automatic with no manual settings anywhere. So once it starts the cycle, you can't change anything manually or tell it to fill up with more water, and you can't make it end early. But so far everything is working properly. It is amazingly quiet. The water temperatures are always correct.

This washing machine has great capacity. The clothes come out cleaner and softer using the same detergent as before. My only problem is having to stand on tiptoe to reach the bottom of the tub, but the extra stretch is worth it.

The washer is great! It's large enough to keep up with all of our laundry and gets clothes very clean. It's also the quietest washer I've ever heard. The open box deal was better than anything Sears or Home Depot had.

Very happy for noise point of view. Has good capacity. uses less water. I have been using it since last 3 months. Just one issue observed about rinsing. Somehow does not remove detergent patches from clothes. May need to check some other settings.

I love this washing machine! It sensors how much water is needed based on the load so the energy saving is great. The tub is very large and allows me to do large loads! Great purchase!

Just moved into a new house and this is my first washer. I love it. I looked thru the top load window the whole time the first time I washed a load lol. So many options and features. Easy to use. So quiet!

Super quite and washes big loads. Everything we needed!

Have had the washer about a month and have to have Geek Squad out to service the washers rattle/ vibration. It washes great and holds large loads but the rattle needs attention.

I'm excited to do laundry! And it's so quiet! It has multiple settings, I love the detergent holder and it looks great. I couldn't be happier.

This washer is simply amazing. The tub is enormous. I would highly recommend this for a great price. When they delivered it they took our old ones out and put the new ones in. I would highly recommend buying major appliances from Best Buy - so easy.

So far the washer has been excellent. I am able to wash large loads and keep up with my laundry. Wash is quiet but the spin is a little loud but still better than my old washer with agitator.

This was a replacement for a washer that was 10+ years old and really loud. I had to walk into the laundry room when i did the first few loads to make sure it was working because it is so quiet. I love the "high-tech" look and that it is smart enough to know how much water to use. Washes are longer, but dry cycles are shorter. It has all the features that we were looking to have in a washing machine. We have noticed a huge difference from our older washing machine. This washer is very effective in removing tough stains while not damaging our clothes. We are very pleased with this washer.

I purchased this based upon the good reviews and I have to say that it does not wash as well as my old Maytag. Not only does it leave black marks on clothes, but the tub doesn't fill with enough water to cover the clothes. If I'm washing bath towels there are usually about 2 towels sitting on top of the pile with 3-4 inches not even covered by water. This disturbs the heck out of me. How could they possibly be clean? The agitator barely moves the clothes in normal wash mode and you have to go to heavy soiled mode in order for it to agitate to my liking. Maybe I am just too critical.
