I love my new washer!!! I can't belive how quite it is, and how much I can wash at a time. I'm very pleased and will never go back to a front loader .

We now own 5 Samsung products and are very pleased with all of them. Quality of product, value for the price, performance and reliability were the main factors when we chose our first product and it has continued to be excellent through all of our purchases. Highly recommended!!

Love the deep wash basin. It can hold two loads of laundry and get them clean. The quietness is fantastic, My daughter and I have the same one and couldn't be happier.

We bought this to replace a whirlpool front load HE machine that was only about 4 years old and stopped working. I highly recommend going with a top load HE machine over the front loaders. The old machine made all of our laundry smell like mold regardless of how often we cleaned it. This machine works great and allows moisture to escape from the top of the machine like it was meant to. There is a reason your parents kept their top loaders for 20 years. They weren't efficient back then, but that's how laundry should be done - from the top!

My mom has been a Maytag fan for decades, but we purchased her the new Samsung, which she has been thrilled with. Very easy for her to use, even at 80 years old. The customer service we received at Best Buy Willowbrook was exceptional!! Thank you for recommending this unit!

Huge in Capacity, easy to operate and quite in operation. Don't regret at all buying this top loader. Great for comforters and big pieces of clothing like coats.

Did a ton of research and found this to be the best option. Like almost al reviews it leaves a small amour of residue on clothing unless you use the extra rinse feature. It is a bit noisy due to the water flow and pump but closed doors help a ton. Clothing gets very clean. Only one unbalanced load and it was a large blanket and a ton of rags. We removed the blanket and it was fine. We use very little soap. Clothing is spun very fast so we have started using a lower speed on clothing that is hung out to prevent wrinkles.

We purchased the Samsung To[p Loading Washer (model Samsung WA48H7400AW). The 4.8 cu ft capacity reduces the number of loads needed. The cycles are very quiet and the little bell-ringing lets one know of the completion status. The quality of washing to this point seem more than satisfactory. With the pricing offered by Best Buy, this is a very good value.

Great purchase. Clothes come out clean. Operation is quiet and very simple to operate. The drum is deep, and some shorter people may have trouble reaching the bottom to get wet clothes out. I love the music played when the load is finished.

We have had our washer and dryer for about a month and I am pleased. Cleans great and dries well, but then again that is what one expects from a new machine. We have encountered no problems. However, the test is reliability and how long the machines will continue to perform well. Time will tell.

So far this has met my expectations. Only had it for roughly a month. Only time will tell if it deserves a five star. Had a smaller capacity washer and this has already alleviated my loads. Having a family of 5 this was a must.

After owning two whirlpool products and whirlpool not standing behind their products I was forced to buy this Samsung product. I can only say thank u. The quality of the washer the quietness and the cleanliness of my clothes are beyond five stars. I would recommend this washer to everyone looking for quality because by far it's number one in my book

I did a lot of research before buying this product. Samsung isn't known for its exceptional washers/dryers but its definitely making heads turn by offering sleek designs and a good value. unlike its front loader washer and dryers which I think are way over priced, the top loaded washer is a good price. This was 200 off when I got it with free delivery and installation, so I can't complain. I need to have it longer to see how it works on cleaning cloths but as someone that does a lot of research before buying, this was a good deal and it was cheapest at Best buy. If you want to wait, around May to August, manufacturers bring their new products out, so you might get a better deal on this around that time.

I am absolutely loving this washer. My only complaint is I am a little short so getting the clothes out from the bottom is a slight challenge. Works great and we haven't had any problems so far :) Easy to use and plays little song when its done with the cycle

We haven't had this unit very long, but the feature list and the price were great. It's done a fine job of washing even our delicate high tech workout gear, so far so good! The old Maytag this replaces was so much louder, it is amazing how quiet this one is.

This washer holds so much! I love the many options included. There is a seperate detergent dispenser which is wonderful to have. The machine is easy to use and full of options- great for the price!

I did my homework before buying this washer. It was rated #1 in Consumer Reports and is more modern than any other washer I've ever owned. Very pleased.

We were looking at washing machines for weeks and couldn't decide on one until we found this one. Even better we got a great deal on an open box at our local Best Buy. I will admit I was frustrated with the initial delivery because they delivered the washer with extensive damages that were not there when we saw it in the store. However, I will give Best Buy to thumbs up on their customer service because when I told them about the damage they instantly put in an order for a brand new unit to replace it. Since then, we have had nothing but good experiences with this washing machine. I love that my clothes don't have any excess water after the spin cycle. It's more gentle on my delicates without a center agitator. So far nothing bad about this unit! (we've had for almost 1 year)
