The washer works great, is quiet, and has a plethora of available settings. Delivery was quick and easy as I installed everything myself.

I went from a front loader back to this top loader. I am very happy with this purchase. I am short 5'2 & have to stand on my toes to reach some of the clothes on the bottom. Still happy. Quiet washer. Lots of space. I have been able to wash more clothes in one wash, which I love. A savings on water and time. Also was on sale when I purchased at BestBuy. Got a great deal. No complaints. Another great Samsung product.

I read a lot of reviews saying that it does not work well. So far it works excellent. Have no had any issues with this. The washing control options are great. Also, it is so quiet that you can run it at night without is being an issue during sleeping.

We love our new Samsung washer. It works great. Washes clothes really good.

This is a great washer. We purchased this as a replacement to another HE washer, and were concerned that we might have similar problems. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

The washer does a great job and is easy to use, but adding the detergent is a little cumbersome. The area is not quite big enough to pour it in easily.

It's a nice washer, looks nice and works great. The only con is that it is a little bit too deep for me to reach the bottom.

This is the best purchase I ever made! I bought both the washer and dryer set! They are so big I can fit twice almost three times as much clothes in than what I could before! The clothes come out cleaner than before with my older washer! I'm so happy with my new set! Oh and a plus....they sing to you when they are done!

I'll admit, before I ordered it I did not go into the store and look at it first. It had the features I wanted at a great price so I measured to see if they'd fit in the laundry area & ordered right away. My gamble payed off! It has so many features not listed that I now can't live without. Bought the matching dryer, all the hookups & a 3 year protection plan.

I've only used this washer for a week, but it works so well and is fun to use. It's quiet and drains all the water efficiently. My kids like the music at the end of a cycle.

This is a nice washer, even though it is rather noisy. The tub is so large, I can wash twice as much I one load as my previous front loader.

I went with this one because I am not interested in a front loader. I have really enjoyed this machine. Coming from an older washer, I've been a little overwhelmed with the number of options, but that's ok, I can learn. The only real complaint I have is that it make a clink sound (like a chain) when it starts washing and is moving back and forth. I'm not sure if this is normal or what, but it can be distracting. Other than that, I think this is a great washer.

liked washer very much,had to install myself due to work sched.owners manual contradictive and very vague on setup,had plastic bolts for legs,800$ washer with mor tech than a tv,n they use plastic for legs?samsung cust.serv. very bad,best buy not much better.with washing machines time will tell the quality,if it is trouble free over the nex 5 yrs.if I hav to deal with Samsung one time,its a ridiculous pain,got a good price on labor day sale tho at best buy,washer works great so far,no issues other than plastic bolts for legs ridiculous

They are only a few weeks old but we are still finding useful new features that surpass our expectations. Not as noisy as our old machine. Stays in balance just fine.

I haven't had any issues. Works great! A little hard for my wife to get the clothes out of the bottom it's not an issue.
