I truly enjoy washing clothes in this washer. It is so quiet, I can't believe it is spinning the clothes. Would recommend.

Too me the wash cycles take pretty long. A little over an hour. Maybe its a more quality wash. I dont know. I have time so I cant complain.

I was skeptical at first. The Samsung was just electronics not wash machines. I am so glad that I purchased this. Has been the best wash machine I've ever owned.

I purchased this washer for my wife after my 6 year old Whirlpool front loader washer started leaking again for the 3rd time. I did a lot of research on line for a replacement washer/dryer combo and came across this washer. It appears that everyone that owns one has great things to say about it. I like the fact that the stainless steel drum is all stainless steel and not plastic in the center section making it potentially weak in a couple of years. The washer is efficient, quiet and loads the water level accordingly by sensing the weight of the load. My wife is happy with our decision.

Noise level is very minimal. Washer does a great job and is very spacious.

I bought the washer and dryer and they are both so roomy . I will definitely recommend these products .... Love them

The number of presets make it easy to do your laundry but if you want to have even greater control then most of the settings can be tweaked also. All of the features listed in the description work as intended. It does require you to clean it about once a month but that's as easy as throwing the recommended amount of white vinegar inside of it and running it on its setting.

Love our new washer! Looks as though it could handle a very large load. Love the timer so you can plan for when the load will be done. Overall very pleased!

When I told my wife that I was considering a review of this washer she told me, "Just put that it's the best!", because it is. We weren't sure about getting a high efficiency washer but am glad we did. The washer is whisper quiet, except during spin cycles when it makes us feel like we're in a sci fi spaceship that's about to go to warp speed. My only issue with it is that if you read or research it you are told to put the laundry in "loose clumps" around the agitator and that just sounds darn confusing. Basically, putting all the laundry around the outside of the bottom does the trick. Clothes have never been cleaner and they almost come out dry from the spin cycle. A+++++

We replaced our 8 year old GE washer with this one and have been really pleased. Even though the overall sizes are about the same, the Samsung tub holds a lot more clothes which cuts back on the number of loads we have to do each week. Cutting down on the number of loads saves us a lot of time and the clothes come out cleaner than the GE. Really happy with this washer.

Love this washer and the fact that I can wash all my king size bedding at once...saves so much time and is very convenient. As for smaller items, intimates and socks well it's a deep washer and sometimes I need to use a step stool to reach in and item the little items. (I'm 5'7'' it's a deep washer. I wouldn't change a thing though, very happy with purchase and performance.

The W/D is great! However the customer service was horrible. The first washing machine was damaged and I go through a lot to get another one. The manager wasn't very helpful either. Would I recommend the product? Absolutely!!!! But I'm going to think twice before I make another Best Buy purchase.

Deep enough for a king size comforter. Quiet for a washing machine and easy to operate.

Got a great deal on it! Energy efficient. At first I thought that it would be hard to use, but it is not. I love the extra jet water clean. It really rinses everything. There is no agitator, which is different, but now you can put in blankets and comforters more easily.

This washer really gets them clean, and the capacity means I only have to do one load to get everything. Very quiet too with delightful tech features.

This high efficiency washer does a fine job, using far less water and cleaning better than our old washer.
