This machine replaced a ten year old unit and it was well worth the money. Very efficient and does a good job on the clothes.

I love these much better than my front loaders. 1/2 the time to do a load. and much quieter and don't destroy my clothes.

The washing machine works well once you figure out how to trick it into thinking the load is larger than it is. Only thing I don't like about it is the small amount of water it wants to use for a load of wash. I put some water on the clothes before I start the washing cycle to make them heavier and then I get a sufficient amount of water to clean them properly

I have waited a bit to post a review as I wanted to check all the functions first. This is a good washer as a top loader goes, but I have found with large loads you have to use the deep clean function since it uses very little water in regular mode( good for water conservation, not so good for dirty clothes) It spins well and clothes come out quite dry even with deep clean, so it saves some on drying time. I have found it goes out of balance a lot when doing blankets, sheets or bulky items, so you have to do smaller loads of those items and make sure you put them in perfectly balanced to start. While my king comforter fits in the washer, it doesn't seem to truly get all areas of the comforter clean, front loads have been the only ones that work for my king size comforters, so I just reverse comforter and wash twice in the top loader. It is a very large capacity and deep, so if you are short like me (5.2) then you will need to get on tippy toes and maybe stick your head in to get those socks stuck to the bottom. So good washer if you don't have the space for a front loader to leave the door open after each wash.

After almost 30 yrs of service, my washer and dryer were replaced, and this washer is really good. The size of the loads that be done are amazing, and everything comes out clean. Unit is quiet and doesn't vibrate the house, and for the price, it was a great deal.

Purchased this washer in November and I love it. Clothes are always clean. This is the first high efficiency washer I've ever purchased.

We're still learning all the features and settings on this washer, but so far it's been great. Set-up and installation was smooth and easy.

The machine is quiet. It has a large capacity but the water leveling feature makes it eco friendly. Not a lot of waste!

Got a fairly good price on this at Best Buy, who were very accommodating with my price match request. Item was not in stock but the delivery time was very reasonable, and the free shipping and installation was nice. Item self looks to be very sturdy in constriction. Samsung also includes an extended warranty on the motor, I believe, which was a factor when making our purchase. Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because we have only had it a month so reliability is not something I can really comment on at the moment.

Just the right size, greys the clothes really clean really quiet cam sync with your phone nice tune when cycle is done

It handles very large loads. things come out clean, and there is no smell to the washer. Only word of caution is that you have to pay attention with large cotton blankets. they need to be in the washer aroudn the outside as instructed so it doesn't get out of balance.

This washer has unbelievable capacity, plenty of cycles and some nice music!

I bought this washer to replace my old and broken one. I choose Samsung for good previous experience with this brand and this particular model because I liked the glass cover which allow me to look inside and the high capacity. So far is working perfect its wash very well and with little noise in general

This is a great washed for the price. It adds some of the modern features of more advanced models, while still retaining a reasonable price tag. This has a great computerized control console and plenty of settings. It also has the helpful musical song at the end, to let you know the load is complete. More importantly, it's well built of quality of materials. Other machines had more plastic and thinner sheetmetal, but this Samsung washer is a perfect balance.

I am enjoying this washing machine so far. Clothes are clean and nearly dry when cycles are complete (as opposed to my last washer that always had a puddle at the bottom). The buttons are simple and the on off noises are fun. The drum is huge so I have to be careful filling it up because my dryer can't take a full load from this thing (older dryer). Highly recommended!!

I love the large capacity, my friends & family do, too. They have been bringing their bedding over to wash. It seems to clean better than my front loader & definitely smells better. The wash cycles are a little long, but that's probabably a good thing. It's also quieter than my front loader.

Samsung - 4.8 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer - White has a large capacity and is music to your ears. It has a melody that plays when it has completed its' cycle. The washer is great, but the the installation team was out three times as they were inept at even getting the hot and cold connections set up correctly. My husband finally said that he would fix it. He didn't want another team touching anything in our house without supervision.
