The product works well and can hold large loads of laundry

This washer is outstanding in washing clothes. The only issue my wife has is that the tub is so deep, she can't reach the garments in the bottom without the use of tongs.

A great family washer machine that washes a large load silently, the only thing you must be careful with is the water usage.

Very disappointed. Lid for top of washing machine was sharp and three times lid was ordered and it had the same problem on the same side. Just had it replaced today and the whole top of the washing machine had to be be taken off just to replace the lid. The technician who replaced the lid today said this was the first time he ever had to replace a lid, and was not sure how to do it. The only way he could figure it out was to take the whole top of the machine off in order to get to the lid.Also the washing machine drum is too deep and I am unable to reach all my clothes when taking it out. I am a senior and I am unable stand on a stool to get the clothes out of the machine. My husband is 5"11" and he is unable to reach all the way down to get the clothes out for me. We have to use a utensil that is used when taking spaghetti out of the pot to grab the clothes out of the machine. I am used to an agitator and feel that the clothes are not really getting that clean as the machine uses less water to clean the clothes.

I have fallen in love with this product! It's very efficient and fits perfectly in my laundry area. I love the fact that it's not loud so it doesn't disturb my sleeping child when I run a cycle at night!

This is a great washing machine it makes our clothes smell fantastic. And you can fit so much inside of the machine it's amazing.

Clothes come out clean, however the tub is soo deeep and me being under 5'3" I really have to reach and spin the tub to get things off the bottom. Thinking about getting a step stool. Well worth it for the capacity!!

Cleans clothes beautifully! Quiet and easy to use. I didn't do any research as I needed a washer ASAP, so my purchase was based on price and my good experience with Samsung products. LOVE this washer.

My old washing machine bit the big one and it was time to find something new. I decided I didn't want a front loader because of smell issues we had with our old one and I started looking. The Samsung washers got good ratings and this one happened to be an open box sale so I happily took it, saving a few bucks! I've had it for about 6 weeks now and I like it! It is deep so my 5'3" self has to reach a bit to get the stuff out of the bottom but that's really no different than all of the years I had before I had gotten the front loader. I like the different cycles and settings - there is something for pretty much anything I want to do. My clothes have been clean and spun pretty well when washed in this machine - almost spun as well as my front loader used to do. The chiming song at the end of the wash cycle is really cute and while it is easy to shut off, I kind of like it! I love that it has a self-wash cycle that cleans out the whole machine and I just set that to run after I'm done doing laundry for the day (the light goes on about every 20 washes) and it's been great. I'm definitely happy with this machine thus far!

This machine is super quiet. It has a larger bin to fit a large load and it is very easy to use.
