I like the quality and how easy it is to operate..

Very nice washer. Very modern design. Like all the buttons for settings. The song it plays when the wash is done. Not sure about not have an adj. in the middle. Then again you can not adjust the water level either. It is very automatic. Like the dryer.

This machine has a very large capacity it actually holds more than the dryer can handle. Also very quiet and the timer display is great you know exactly how much time until the Landry is finished.

We had to return the first washer after 10 days because the water quit going through the washer, maybe the water pump went out? Best Buy handled the return perfectly and our new washer is working wonderful. We love it! The settings give you every combination that you could want and it washes two loads compared to one load in our old washer saving lots of time and money.

This is a great washer. Has plenty of settings. The drum is plenty big even if it is quite deep. The only drawback with it being energy efficient is that it takes almost an hour to wash a load of clothes.

The first few times I ran this washer I had to go back and check if it was working. Washes so quietly yet efficiently. Clothes come out clean without using a lot of water. So far so good!!

I am glad i bought 4.8 Cu. Ft. With such huge capacity I am only running one load a week. Thats a great advantage on saving some time for other activities.

I bought this Samsung washer after receiving a notice that my 6 month old Samsung washer was recalled. I was sad because I really liked that washer so I went to Best Buy and consulted with the salesman in the appliance department. I told him I really liked the top loading Samsung. I had a GE front loader prior to the Samsung washer and it was a big disappointment. The salesman told me that the recalled issues had been addressed on the new models and I could feel secure buying another Samsung washer so that is what we did. I have had it a short time but I have washed small loads and even king size comforters with no problems. Everything comes out clean and fresh.

So far the washer has been working great without any issue.

I've been using this washer for 2 months now and decided now would be a good time to write a review after a couple of months of use. I bought this washer after reading 150 positive reviews (at the time) right here. I did not want a front loader because of the many horror stories reported about not cleaning very well and mold issues. I did not want a washer with an agitator either. After much research, I came across this Samsung model and could be happier with the product. It has all the cycle/temp/spin modes one could ever need for everyday use. It is incredibly simple to operate. Pretty much self-explanatory. For those people with indoor washer hook-ups, this machine is perfect as it is whisper quite. And yes, you can pause the machine to unlock the door to toss in that sock that tried to escape. As opposed to front loaders, your laundry is actually soaking in water just like your old agitator model. This alone makes it superior to front loaders in terms of cleaning effectiveness. The tub rocks around during the wash cycle sloshing your laundry around in water. I know my laundry is getting cleaned properly. Cleaning our king size bedding is a snap now. The huge tub handles the task with ease. Same with big towel loads. So, if you're reading through these reviews trying to decide if you should get this machine or not, read no further. This IS the machine you want to get. I can guarantee, you will not be disappointed.

So far so good. Haven't used it that much yet. Very quiet.

I love my new washer and I don't have to worry about how much water is needed (small vs large load). It also gives you a time so you know when the wash will be done. No more forgetting about wet clothes. It takes the hassle out of laundry.

This appliance is exemplary! Features are great! I find it easy to use and the clothes come out very clean. I like that the water comes from above too.

very satisfied with choice of 11 cycles. Great wash on beddings and delicates. Definitely very quite during use and very stable during the spin cycle.

This top loading washer is very user friendly. We've had it for a couple of months now & have not had any problems with it. The Best Buy employee who delivered & installed it in our home was very nice, courteous, & professional. Since then we've enjoyed using this washer.
