Bought this washing machine not too long ago and at first I was skeptical given the scandal that Samsung had with their machines. This particular Washer was not affected by their recall. We've been using it almost daily to wash towels, bedding, clothes, etc and it's been GREAT! Everything gets a great scrubbing and comes out almost dry, saving me money on the amount of time I need to dry my clothes in the Dryer. I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone who's looking. It also has a large stainless steel tub and drum, which most competitors don't have.

Only had the machine for a few weeks but so far so good. Big load capacity and easy use. I only do two or three loads a week so will post another review if something goes wrong.

This product is amazing the washer is all I wanted and more! I am very proud that of two different washers I chose this one! Very good clean of the cloths I don't have to worry about anything. It surprised me the first time becuase i didn't know to expect but every time I turn it on i cant help it to watch the the first 5 minutes! Would recommend to a friend and thinking of getting the dryer! If you want quality for a great price by this washer!

The deal through Best Buy was unbeatable, free delivery and free removal of the old washer, and their price was better than the other stores. The washer, itself, is top-notch -- excellent product!

My first Samsung product. So far so good. I did buy the Best Buy warranty....because I plan on using the heck out of this with young kids. Nice stainless tub and God controls. Like the delay feature.

Love the new washer and don't have to deal with the stench my front loader had....great quality for the price

So far so good. It does function like a front load, meaning the cycle times are longer and you must ensure everything is balanced. But I no longer have to worry about the smell that comes with the front load washers.

I love the stainless drum and it gets the cloths really clean. I had a front loader before this top loading washer and it never got the cloths as clean as this one does. I like the way it has a tune at the end of the wash cycle to let me know it's done.

The price is great, the capacity is huge and it runs beautifully. It even has a nice little tune it sings when your clothes are done. Love it!

Looks very nice, works well, but does not operate perfectly. Due to the HE aspect / low water usage, this machine can someones allow spotting with debris/sand/dirt getting grouped or clumped in areas on clothing. It does not happen all the time, but does happen more than expected (most typically with dark colored items).However, it runs quite, operates efficiently, etc. Best Buy had huge issues with delivery and it was the 5th scheduled delivery before they actually showed up to deliver and install. No...I am not making that up! However, they did end up compensating for some of my delivery hassles.

This was a great purchase it matches my older dryer. We switched to a top loader once ours went out and that's when we found out that the side loading washers all went bad after about 5 yrs. Hope this one lasts longer!

The washer does wash well. The display and controls ar very good. Even at low spin it makes a wrinkled mess of clothes. Items that I could use right out of the dryer now need ironing. This is a major hassle. Also, first machine we choose was supposed to fit, I measure a few times my husband measured, the sakes person said it would fit. When it was delivered the delivery person said it wouldn't fit. Obviously the sales folks should have more specifications to avoid this. I picked another machine that would fit. However, when delivered it hit the cabinets above the washer. The best buy specifications were stated, but they were incorrect. I looked at a competitors website and they stated the height correctly at 4" taller. This has made me unhappy as I have to close the lid to open the cabinet containing the detergent. When I called to complain, the person who answered the phone wasn't very nice. He said he would have someone look at it but if they couldn't go anything I could return it or pick another washer. The man who came out was very nice and although he couldn't do anything made a good suggestion. This experience was a hassle! The washer is an appliance I use daily do the whole process impacted my family. First, the specifications need to be correct, the people need to have better, accurate information, this isn't rocket science. Clearances need to be understandable. There is no sense of urgency to resolve the situation. I would probably hi yo an appliance store next time.

I love the size and features of the washer, but disappointed in the rinsing when items are washed. I find lint, etc. on jeans, towels, etc. when the cycle is done. I miss the agitator in the middle of my old machine. Not really confident items are as clean as they used to be.

I have always bought KENMORE washers and dryers in the past but when my washer broke I reviewed lots of washer and this one had everything I needed

This washer is super easy to use and quiet! I have had zero issues with it and love all the features it offers!

It does a good job of washing large loads. It can fit a queen size comforter but if you have a king I recommend purchasing a slightly larger washer (and definitely a larger washer than the one that pairs with this washer as I have had to use the extended time feature every time I tried to dry my comforter). It does an excellent job of self balancing, I haven't had to redistribute a load once. One fatal flaw was the drainage hose. When mine was delivered it had a leak in the hose. I called BB to have it fixed, they never came out to investigate. When I called back a few days later they said the service call was accidently canceled because it was entered as a repeat delivery of a washer and their system said it already delivered said washer. So, they scheduled a guy to come out and look. The guy shows up a few days later, takes 2 seconds to look at the machine and says "yeah, there is a hole in the hose, the whole unit needs replaced". Stunned, I asked why. Apparently the hose is integrated with the washer and cannot simply be disconnected and replaced. OK, not a problem I think, clearly this is known so I ask the guy if he has a replacement unit on the truck since again, this is known that the model must be replaced. No, no unit on the truck. Left scratching my head, he says he will phone in the replacement and they will call back in a few days to confirm a delivery window. A few days pass, no call. I call them, they say that they aren't really sure why it wasn't scheduled but they quickly setup a delivery and finally, almost a month after my purchase, I have a washer that works. So, really two problems: Samsung, I would think a replacement hose would be a good feature to consider for future products. Best Buy: work on your customer service a bit, I shouldn't have to struggle that much to get a product to work in my home.

Great washer. Clothes cleaner and washer is very quiet

We bought the new Samsung washer and dryer as our name brand was eight years old, Not a Samsung. We had a front load washer that was a piece of junk.So after reviewing many options decided to go with this Samsung unit. Runs quiet, best choice

Nice washer and dryer. They have a large capacity drum, are quite and have many options to fit every need.

I replaced my front loader with a Samsung aqua jet, it's very quiet and so far everything has come out very clean. Happy with the switch
