I love this wash machine so much. It is easy to use, my clothes are clean, and it is gorgeous!

It's been good so far, had it for a month. Glad I went with a top loader Instead of a front, it was a really hard decision. Had a really old washer with an agitator and this one is night and day compared to the old one. Everything comes out super clean and smelling so good! Only gave it 4 stars because I haven't had it for long so not sure if it's going to last, hope so though because it wasn't in the budget to buy warranty. Overall Samsung is a good washer

This washer is great. As a family of 6 we needed a large capacity and this one is huge. Works great for cleaning and nice and quiet.

Washer is noisy and does not spin out very well compared to my last washer that broke. I'm out in the country, so I had to travel an hour to purchase this. If the store was closer and I didn't have to lug this back down the stairs again I would return it. It does have a nice large drum and has a good selection for wash cycles though.

Great upgrade from our very old washer. Really quiet, cleans well, love all the different settings.

Such a wonderful washer. I love how it has a clear top so I can see the dual spinners in action. The way it weighs your clothes is nice too. Plus the energy efficiency saved on my bills. No problems in the two months I've had it.

It's a good machine, and very quiet. Still early in use, but so far I don't have any complaints. Huge capacity and easy to use.

This is my first new washer and did a lot of foot work to find what I needed. A new co worker used to work for HH Greg and said this was one that he purchased. So I did too and am glad I did. Everything but steam. Who cares my dryer has steam and takes out wrinkles what is steam going to do In a tub of water.

Love my washer. Matt was very knowledgeable about each washer I inquired about. He gave me the pros and cons on each washer. Love the quite sound when washer is running. May be back to purchase the Samsung clothes dryer.

Large , quiet and really gets everything clean with great options to choose from

It does a great job washing the clothes and can handle a large load. It's easy to use. My only complaint is that I am 5'2" and need to stand on a step stool to get to the bottom of the tub.

Great BIG washing machine works just like you would expect. Easily washes all the towels for a family of 4 in one load (including extras). Has a lot of bells and whistles - literally - the chimes are kind of cute.

Nice job washing clothes. Quiet and quick. Unfortunately I leaned on the top and dented it. I see the dent but no one else does so ok

No problems yet, installation crew doesn't care about you or your stuff, watch carefully, ask questions, make them do it right the first time, don't expect them to come back any time soon

Washer installed today. Could not run one cycle. received an error message PE. Best Buy solution -- replace in three weeks. Samsung did not know what PE error code is for. Not good when the manufacturer does not know.

Always wanted a new washing machine. Very happy with this product. Price was excellent on Black Friday.
