Great washer,can wash 20 towels. Uses small amount of water and everything comes out clean. It's a pleasure doing laundry now.

This is a no brainer -- it's simple to use, it has special settings for a variety of loads, washes well, detergent lasts longer, uses less water, and the clothes seem cleaner. Really very happy with this machine.

This washer plays music for you when the cycle is complete, which is the icing on the cake. Money is well spent for this product.

Have only had the washer for a week but thus far I am loving it. Plenty of wash options. I like that it "senses" the load size and adds appropriate amount of water.

Washer is fantastic! Automatically senses amount of clothes in the washer, and adjusts cleaning time based on load size. Spin cycle practically dries clothes!

This washer has been great. Cleans clothes better than any washer I have had before. Extremely easy to use and I love all the different wash cycles available.

Only got it installed last week, but so far, very happy with the new machine. I was very hesitant about a "spindleless" machine, but not an issue like I thought, and so far, no worries. Only used it a couple of times, thus the 4 star rating..

The washer is quiet and energy efficient. Bedding cycle is pretty long (well over an hour). Stick to the normal cycle.

It does a great job and I love the many features. Holds a lot of clothes and does a great job on bedding, blankets.

I did extensive research prior to purchasing this machine. I had the old type of agitator machine and didn't believe I would be pleased with the newer energy efficient machines. I was pleasantly surprised. Now, is it 100% perfect out of the box, no. I live in a very cold climate and have a well that puts out cold water at about 34 degrees F. Since this machine uses much more cold water than my previous machine it would have made all of my wash temps, basically, cool. Even a hot wash in this machine adds cold water. It also seems to rinse in tap cold water and I do not believe that 34 degree F water would take the soap out of the clothes. So, my husband and I used Y splitters to make some hot water go to the cold water line. With two Ys and a check valve plus an extra washer hose we rigged it up so that I can adjust the temperature of the cold water going into the machine. This makes the machine pretty much perfect. Also, I was afraid that there wouldn't be enough water in the machine to do a proper wash. While it does use MUCH less water than the old machine, it does use plenty to just barely cover the clothes and with the Aqua Jet feature, it works fine. I did deduct one star because we had to "rig" up the water supply.

This was an awesome purchase! Huge capacity, very modern, lots of settings, quiet! I'm past happy with thus purchase!

This new Samsung washer is a replacement for my front loader, which I enjoyed when I first got it. But after 11 years and a dropped drum and broken spider springs (what the repair person told me) it was time for a new washer. I decided I didn't want a front loader anymore , so I researched the newest washing machines. I am so glad I chose the Samsung 4.8 cu ft.washer. It is so quiet and handles large loads and even the smallest loads perfectly. Love doing laundry again!

This unit uses minimum water to wash the clothes. At first I was worried that the water level is too low, but it comes out clean. No issues at the moment.

I love my new washer. It is easy to load and my clothes come out so clean.

Huge tub for huge loads. It does seem to get off balance though with towels.

The washer is a great product and is quiet and effecient. Love all of the features and have had no issues at all.

Attractive, lots of load type choices. Large capacity, but if you are short it is pretty deep. Great value for a very decent washer.

Love the size although I find that the clothes come out awfully wrinkled.
