Our new washing machine has been a fantastic addition to our new home. The wash cycles, load size and quiet operation have made it quick favorite in our home.

Just got this but so far so good. Makes dirty clothes clean and plays a little chime song when it is complete!

We bought the Samsung - 4.8 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer I would give it a 5, but large loads seem to get off balance easily. I like everything else.

Heard various complaints about the new HE washer but it has been great for us. It may take a bit longer but not as noisy as some have noted and the drying time is greatly reduced. Great purchase and price!

Have had this for about a month now. Has lots of features, no real issues so far. It's a little louder than I expected. I moved it around in case it was positional but it's still loud. Maybe the high velocity spin causes it.

I purchased this same machine last year, however, due to a recall, decided to take Samsungs buy-back and replace option, rather that fixing the issue. We liked the first one, and now we like the replacement. Great machine, good amount of features/controls, and great performance. The only thing I was somewhat disappointed in was the replacement value Samsung put on a barely one-year old machine - they could have a better program in place.

Everything about this washer is GREAT! Love all the settings and how clean it gets my clothes. My only issue is that I am 5'3" and its hard for me to get the washed clothes out at the bottom. Its got such a huge and deep tub in it! But I guess that is a good complaint!!

Easy with small or large loads. Simple operation. 10 years on mechanical pieces a plus.

Did a lot of homework before purchasing this washer for our new home and was not disappointed. Top rated washer in Consumer Reports for a reason. My wife loves the way it cleans our clothes.

as soon as you put the clothes and detergent in the washer, push power and start, it locks down and spins 3 times to weight the contents and judge the amount of water. There is no agitator in the middle and yet the clothes are clean and spun dry in 50 minutes.The tub is stainless steal and very deep. It is so pretty too, plays a little song, and the lights are also pretty.

I was in need of a washer that could handle large loads of laundry. I wash 2 sets of football team uniforms every week during the fall. This washing machine is perfect for this. The barrel is huge and facilitates the clothing so I don't have to break them up into multiple small loads. I can also wash comforters and winter blankets as well as the normal family laundry. I would most defiantly recommend this machine to family and friends.

It is a great washer. Does the job well. The aqua jet is a great feature. Love this topload. Never been a fan of front loaders.

Working out very well. Size does matter and I am able to do my queen size comforters with no problem.
