Our new washer is so quiet and easy to use. The clothes come out so clean. We couldn't be happier.

Digital controls for all the main features, make this a very user friendly clothes washer. The drum for setting the clothes in, is more than capable of handling multiple items or even bedding materials. (4.8 Cu. Ft. size machine) Works fairly quiet when running and looks nice as well. At this point, I have owned for a little over 4 weeks and have no complaints what-so-ever. It's used every other day, for a family of 5.

Love Samsung appliances. Also have the dryer. Ease of use and gets the job done.

Once I started loading clothes into it I realized it was much larger than I initially realized. It works great. No complaints here!

This seems to be working well. not too many unbalanced loads like the old machine. Like the quick wash feature for when teens ask "where are my clean pants"

I enjoy the ease of operation of this washing machine. I like being able to taylor my options for getting my laundry cleaned based on soil levels and types of clothing. Also, I like the convenience of being able to select how much water is removed from clothes during the spin cycle.

This samsung model was delivered to me twice and both times I received a defective washer. The panel would constantly flash with error codes and the washer was extremely loud. 2 different contractors from geek squad told me to stay away from Samsung washing machines because they are difficult to repair and all of the newer top loaders have a design flaw which causing the bearings to go out. i exchanged mine for an LG, so so good

Cleans clothing very good. Sensors for the size of the load are nice. Like all the different settings

We love this washer!! It's got a large hold capacity but it's not too big in size. So quiet :)

The machine is very easy to use and performs wonderfully.

This washer does a great job washing the clothes and spinning them dry. My only complaint is that the washer is so deep that I have a hard time getting the small items from the bottom because I am short.

Went back to a top loader, very glad I did... Super quite and items come out almost dry already...

Since I am not a very avid computer/ tech person, I was a little intimidated by this very technical/ digitalized machine. I am now pretty confident in using it and it only took a few loads and referring to the supplied directions. This washer has a huge capacity. I have to really reach to retrieve all the clothes. I am starting to appreciate it more and more.

I am a diehard samsung fan. This is my first washer by them but this company has not disappointed

I had a Cabrio washer prior and I was very disappointed. The washer stopped spinning and draining properly after a few years so I went to best buy to purchase a replacement. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with my new Samsung washer and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a top load washer at a very affordable price. Great deal!

This washer wash is closed Route the only one drawback is that it takes well over an hour to wash a load of clothes. However, dishwasher does not make much noise and it does the perfect job.
