I like this washer. My only problem with it is that it has uneven loads frequently.

We purchased a new Samsung washing machine to take advantage of the recall of newer top-loading washing machines. For a few extra out-of-pocket dollars, we were able to upgrade to a larger machine with a few more bells and whistles. The appliance has been great, but I am still a little skeptical based on the recent recall of my last Samsung product. The tub is deeper - so deep that my wife is unable to reach the clothes on the very bottom.

The only concern I found was it was a bit noisier than I thought it would be and the basket is very deep and low, but it does a very good job.

This was our first computerized major appliance and we love everything about it. We were concerned with the wash times of our first few loads, but realized that the large capacity of the washer actually allowed us to finish laundry sooner, regardless of the wash time. The lack of an agitator in the middle of the drum was also something that took some getting used to. Very quiet while running as well.

A friend bought a pair and I had used it a couple times. Very easy to use and very quiet. Works great!

Bryon was my salesman and took good care of me and the unit even though we had to delay pick up until I could get a truck. The yellow shirts were great helping me load.

This is a wonderful washer. Quiet and efficient. Samsung has outdone themselves.

We are loving this washer! It can hold more than I expected and always seems to get everything clean.

So far this washer has held up great we’ve been using it for almost a year now. Only complaint I have is that sometimes I have to re arrange the load during the spin cycle if the clothes become lopsided. It will not finish the load if there is too much weight on one side of the drum. I guess a safety feature. If you do not adjust the load it keeps filling with water and draining until you get an error message

I love my new washer. The huge tub with no center agitator means no more pulled out strings. No more twisted beyond belief clothing. Easy to load, unload and clean. The stainless steel drum stays clean and fresh. The sounds are not annoying and I love the song that plays at the end of the cycle. Lots of wash options. No need to preset water level it weighs the load and fills accordingly.

Very happy, so good so far. I like Samsung products.buying a washing machine is not an easy decision to make. Its not like you can test drive it or do a load of laundry in it before you buy it. I have had mine for about two months. I must say that im amazed on its operation and how much it can hold. It even plays a little tune at the end of the cycle to let you know its finished.

I would recommend my friends to buy this product from Best buy and enjoy the bonus points earned using Best Buy rewards.

Easy to use. Does a great job. Holds a lot of clothes. Cutting washing time in half.

Being a top loader, my washer is difficult to reach the bottom for clothes. I use a tong to get socks and wash cloths.

Great washer and I really am glad that I got it. does a great job and it is really quiet and has some cool features.

No matter what settings my wife tries, she can't get the water to get hotter than lukewarm. But the clothes come out clean so I guess all is OK. This washer is a warranty replacement for the factory recalled Samsung washing machine I had because some had exploded (not to be confused with the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phablet, also known to explode). But I still buy Samsung over any other brand, regardless of product type.

I've had no issues with this washer, great water levels for being HE, clothes come out clean. Very happy so far.

I was skeptical having to buy a new machine after having one that lasted 25 years with minimal repairs. Seems to be working well and washes clothes effiecietly.
