Large capacity, easy to load. Really like the self sensing of load size. My bedroom is next to the laundry and can run this washer at night when I go to bed an don't feel or hear it.

This washer was everything that was advertised to us. Does an excellent job cleaning my work cloths.

A lot of people complain about these HE washers not cleaning their clothes properly, etc. but in all honestly, I've been using the washers at the laundry mat and now that I have this, this does a far better job than theirs. I have no complaints and think it works great. Balances out perfect and there's a ton of features and it can fit a lot of clothes.

The features of this washer are just about anything you need in a washer. The fit and finish are impressive. I would recommend this to anyone.

I am very please with my purchase! I was between front or top washer. I am glad I got this one. I use the front at my boss house and I don't see any difference in the performance. I just know I saved money by not buying the front and it is bigger.

This is only my third washing machine in 37 years. I've been VERY lucky with appliances to date. This Samsung is AMAZING, it's energy efficient and holds so much more than my previous 2 washers. I use less water and electricity. It spins out the clothes so well that the drying time is almost cut in half. I would most definitely recommend this washer.

Very happy with this machine after switching from the front loading machine I had. The only recommendation I would make is to wash most of your clothes on the perm press cycle or they will come out wrinkled because the spin cycle is so efficient. Fits a king size comforter. The only downside is some of the wash loads take longer than my old machine.

This is my 1st high efficiency washer and I just love it!. There are so many options available for deep cleaning, bedding, delicates, etc.

I originally bought the Samsung with the wash tub which was part of a recall. I never had a problem and found that I never used the wash tub. This new washer is amazing and runs very quiet. We have a family of five and have a ton laundry I would recommend this to friend!

for the price point that this is at, it is phenomenal. very simple to set up, simple to get used to using, very smart as well. every time you start a new load, it does an auto adjust to make sure the load is even and tilts the drum if need be to comply with weight differnces

Had quite a bit of a wait until it was delivered, but was due to the Longshoremen strike. Otherwise good purchase and a great product so far.

wow, this set is quite. It plays musical tunes to alert you to the complete load being done. If you do not want the musical tones, just turn it off. I am very pleased with this laundry pair.

The washer washes well. One small issue. Towards the end of the rinse cycle, when the pump is not pumping a lot of water, it appears to cavitate. This causes a vibration that transfers to the back metal panel creating a metallic rattle that can be heard throughout the house. We plan on addressing this with Samsung. Would recommend this washer as long as Samsung addresses this issue.

Instructions are easy to follow. clothes come out clean. It is not very noisy.

Its a super cool, techy kind of washer. Lots of things it does that make it really fancy, but mostly - it just cleans clothes really well!
