Love this washer. The only downside is adding softner in b/c you can't use dryer sheets with this system.

Great Washer, I love all the different washing settings, you can wash about 2 big loads at once. Recommended for a big family.

I did a lot of research before purchase. bought washer and dryer. both work great. I have washed my daily stuff and multiple comforters queen and king. read the owner manual for how to load and you will have no problems. everything comes out clean and spin cycle works great, usually will dry in less time than setting shows

This washer is great. Replaced an aging front loader and this is just as good. Very quite and gets a lot of water out so less time in the dryer. We simple to use. Has a ton of washing options including cycle to keep it clean. Had it about a month and it's wonderful. Great price, fast and awesome deliver service.

I bought this without doing much research. It's hard to purchase a washer/dryer because you have no idea if the noise it makes is normal or not. I hate that i can't reach the bottom to get clothes out of washer. I am 5'5 and stand on the tip of my toes to reach. The load cycles are very long, the normal cycle is 53 minutes. I wish there was a way to try these out at the store prior to bringing home..lol

The local big box / building store had similar machines priced $150 - 200 more than Best Buy so the price was great. The machine has yet to disappoint. The machine seems slower than my old one (A 2001 model) but I can do almost double the load all while using less electricity and water. I have no complaints.

I would definitely recommend this product one of the best washer I own so far.

Very efficient, gets the job done and holds large loads

Got a great deal on this washer as well as the large size of the washing drum makes it convenient to wash large loads.

I had to buy this washer because the exact same Samsung washer [but older model] I already owned for 2 years was a ticking time bomb. Samsung sent me a notice that my washer was being recalled because my model could explode during heavy wash cycles. So I could either have their repairman come put some $2 patch job and extend my warranty another year or buy a total new machine. So picking the new machine option Samsung would give a deprecation rebate of $300 on any washer machine or if I bought another Samsung washer they would give me $450. So if you have been shopping for washing machines lately $300 will not get you much. So I went back with another Samsung. Does this machine was clothes good? Yes. Does this machine give me all the options that I need? Yes. Does this machine have mold issues like front loaders do? Yes, but not as bad. Would I have bought another brand if Samsung had given me a full rebate on any washer? More than likely.

This washer replaced a Whirlpool washer that could only do 5 towels at a time. The Samsung washer does 2 weeks worth of towels.

I like this washing machine. It does take a little long for some of the washes though. Overall I would recommend this washing machine.
