If you have an older washer like we did, don't hesitate to upgrade. Much better than comparable front loading washers.

We went from a front loading washer to this washer, I couldn't be happier!

It is a very quite washer and it does a pretty good job washing our clothes. I noticed that the wash time is longer than my old one and it suppose to safe energy. I guess i will find out later. I tried the quick wash and it works the best for my needs. Overall i am happy with this purchase and hoping to last for a good while.

This product had great reviews all over the internet so I went ahead and purchased it during the Memorial Day sale. Unit was delivered with matching dryer and we did our first load of laundry that evening. The unit was extremely loud during the draining and would shake as if it wasn't level. I had Best Buy come back out numerous times and they couldn't get the unit to not shake or quiet down for a 2nd floor laundry room like the unit says it's made for. After going through two washing machines we returned the Samsung set and went to LG.

I like this washer a lot but It is a little loud when filling up with water and spinning out.

Runs well, no crazy bouncing when on spin with a heavy load. Time will really tell in rating this as how it holds up is important.

I done a lot of homework and window shopping before making this purchase. Couldn't be happier with this machine!

Bought this for my mother. She said she liked that the washer automatically put in the right amount of water and that it got the clothes clean. Best buy installed the washer and took the old washer away. Chose the washer because of the good reviews.

Great quality and price! We have had this for 2 days and washed 4 loads. We can now wash several loads at once.

Product itself is great. When delivered the guy dropped it off and left quickly without setting it up. My fiancé and I were going through the set up and it wasn't working. We called Geek Squad and they helped us figure it out. Turns out Samsung misprinted the directions and forgot a step. Otherwise LOVE all of my Samsung products!

Like the fact that it locks, has just enough cycles and love the display.

The Samsung washer itself is very quiet and water efficient. The Best Buy staff and delivery was flawless.

Was quite anxious about buying a new washer with no agitator but it works GREAT! Delivery man showed me how to operate it and I've had no problems washing with it on my own. I am 4'11" so I have a little step stool that I use to reach the bottom of the tub but that's OK. Love my new washer!!!!

Purchased this not too long ago and don't have anything negative to say about it. Has worked perfectly since we received it (just over a month - maybe 20 washes). Nice large capacity and cleans just as good as our old washer with an agitator.

The spin cycle isn't the greatest. It becomes out of balance frequently especially if you're doing a small load. It also doesn't spin the water out of the clothes enough leaving my clothes more soggy than I like. It is quiet and I like the aqua jet feature.

Love it, delivered as specified, set up and ready to use in a matter of minutes. Not complicated to operate.
