At this time I am happy with my washer; however, I have had the troubleshooting code (out of balance) two times since it was delivered and installed.... I hope that this will not be an ongoing problem.

This washing machine is different from the older models. Takes a bit getting used to it. Overall, seems to be working well and takes a lot more clothes and less laundry detergent than the older models.

The Samsung top loading washer is a must have. I absolutely love it! The design, the easy to use, the enormous space for washing makes it faster to wash a lot of clothes at once.

Had to purchase due to Samsung recall of old washer. The lid of my old washer came apart. So far very good performance with the new washer. Time will tell as to whether this review will become a 5.

Great washer for a large family. Had to reattach hose after free install. We had a loose hot water hose that leaked all over.

I love my Samsung Top loader. I had a front loader and chose to do top loader. It is very large and a huge capacity. I can do less loads of laundry that saves a lot of time.

Extremely satisfied. The large capacity washes two loads at once. Top loading is so much nicer than our old front loading set.

I really loved this washer and have even been able to squeeze some king bed blankets in here. It has been great and I use it multiple times a day.

My 2 year old Samsung washer was recalled. Enjoyed using it, and looking forward to good service from this improved model. Love the large tub without a middle agitator .

I have had this product just over a month and love it! Big enough to fit a king sized comforter in without trouble...Amazing!!!

Had to buy this washer die to a recall on my previous washer and it is almost the same as my previous washer. It works great washing blankets and other heavy duty loads.

Love this washer! The only drawback for me is how deep the tub is. I'm 5'2 and I have to use bbq tongs to remove the clothes.

It works good when it wants to. I only have one complaint. If you put too much clothes in it, it always give an error code of UR, meaning it's off balance. You will have to shift the clothes around or it keeps filling the water.

One of my biggest concerns with going to an HE washer was noise. I was pleasantly surprised.

Samsung has made a great washer it too is very quiet and does a great job

The size is small and fits great in my laundry room. Still holds huge loads of laundry with ease. Cleans great and Iove the many options for different types of loads.

The only drawback I have experienced iis that I had to buy a step stool for my wife to reach bottom of drum. You can fall in and never be found again.

I can get so much more laundry in this top loader. If I have thick comforters I can add extra water with the aqua jet to really clean the heavy, thick blankets.

Very great washer for the money. Satisfied on every level with choosing this washer very quiet and effectively gets the job done. I give five stars highly satisfied.

We purchased this unit to replace one we had that Samsung had issued a recall on it. My wife actually likes it better than the more expensive one we had before.
