I love this washer just cant reach the bottom, it is very deep and I am short. Only down fall.

This is my favorite washer yet. It is so large, I can do a weeks worth of laundry in one load, or wash all of my bed linens for a king bed at once.

This is a great washer and is extremely quiet. I love the song it plays when the cycle is done

My washer is large, a little hard to reach to the bottom. However, it cleans my clothes very well. I can always get a small grabber or stand on my tippy toes.

I look foreward to doing laundry now. Clothes are cleaner & softer. So happy with this pair.

Love my Samsung! This washer has a extra large tub with nothing sticking up in the middle so you can wash large blankets easily

I love the quietness and options I can do. The safety on the door is very reliable I don't have to worry if my kids try to open the door. Pleasant tone.

Great washer and perfect size for my needs. Two active teenagers create a lot of laundry and I love the huge amount of space inside the drum. It offers many different wash cycles and runs quietly. Some cycles can run well over an hour and I don't often use for that reason. I discovered through trial and error how to properly load heavy duty loads such as bedding to avoid the "unbalanced load" delay. Loading items in the drum around its perimeter with equal amounts works best. I love the hinged "slow to close" (no slam) lid. My Samsung washer is a keeper!

The best washing machine I have ever owned! Will do BIG loads and they spin out fantastic.

actually have to stand on a stool to get my clothes out of this machine, that is how large it is. But I love it!

Bought as a fairly cheap alternative to 8 yr old failing Bosch Machines, for just over 1k got reliability quietness and a smart modern appearance package.

I had to get a new washer because of the recall and problems occurred. I now have an upgraded washer from the last one I had. it workseems great.

This washer replaced a bigger one. I am able to reach into the tub much easier to take items out. It has many different settings to wash all different types of items.

Feature Rich with what I hope to be solid, long term performance. Auto-settings are awesome. 'Should be a significant electricity/water savings.

The unit works very well with a numbers of different sized loads. Washer is a bit noisy.

Sometimes it seems it's too sensitive for balance. If it's out of balance it stops and you dont know until you go to empty it and it's not ready

I love how easy it is to set and use. It has cut my laundry duty down by more then half. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Washing machine cleans clothes well.Unfortunately we could not use the regular detergents we had stockpiled as it was essential to use HE only with the new machine

Our Kenmore elite molded out after 8 yrs or so. This is a great unit and cleans well but is a bit louder. Not a big issue since it's not next to our room or anything.
