I really enjoy the washer. I had a front loading machine and hated it. It is very roomy. My only complaint is I can't easily reach the bottom

Picked this machine after the volunteer recall on another Samsung machine. Happy with performance to date - good value given the capacity.

We have had our washing machine for 2 months now. Its doing a great job. I was warned to reduce the amount of detergent used - to about two tablespoons. That was great advise. Otherwise the cycle takes forever to clear all the extra detergent. I found the same goes for bleach, if you use it; use a small amount and dilute it, because there is less water in the load it can be too strong and harm the clothing. It has taken a little while to adjust my methods, but it works great and does a good job. The little song is nice to!

I like the large capacity of the tub. Also the top-loading feature works better for getting clothes out very easy. I had problems with the front loader type.

The "normal" wash cycle for this machine takes almost an hour. We used to have a more "old fashioned" top loader with an agitator in the middle, and the wash cycle was about 30-35 mins. Wish it didn't take so long, but so far all of our clothes come out clean on all the settings we've tried. The lack of an agitator doesn't make a difference, and we haven't noticed more wrinkles or any issues with left over stains.

Have had no problems with washing machine does a really good job on all our cloths. I really like the rinse cycle at the end.

I liked my first washer but it was on the recall so I had to replace it. I opted to get the new Samsung and I am happy with it so far.

This washer exceeded all my expectations. It has specialized settings for all my needs and works great. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this washer. Can hold a lot of clothes and I can even wash my blankets at home now. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Got this machine in December as a replacement for a Samsung washer that was recalled. Does a great job cleaning. Very efficient.

No issues as of yet , smooth and easy to use. Not as loud as some had previously mentioned.

This is a replacement for a recalled washer. Never had any problems with the original so hopefully this one works just as well.

We purchased on a Friday morning and had them installed Saturday morning. Great service and so far the washer has been excellent.

I wanted something that was quiet, and so far, it's doing the job for the most part. The delicate cycle seems a bit louder than it should be though.

Washer holds a lot of clothes and is pretty deep but for a short person it is hard to reach the bottom when getting clothes out to put in dryer.

Great washing machine for the price. Has all the bells and whistles you need for your everyday needs. Does a great job at washing your clothes.

It worked great so far for different items, e.g. delicate/hand washable or large bulky ones. Tried the waterproof cycle for the pillow and mattress pad, and it worked well. But would get better results for having low loading, e.g. one pillow at one time to minimize the clumping of the polyesters fillings. Like the features of several temperature and spinning speeds options. One thing I didn't like about the washer and design was the washing time which was too long, usually about an hour, which I din't consider very efficient or energy efficient.

We were looking for a washer that would acomódate to our large family and this was a great size! The only thing about it is that it's super loud!
