We love our Samsung washer. It is very quiet. You can’t tell that it is on. It also cleans very well.

Have had the same washer now for 10 years agitator style, big big difference. Clothes seem clean , takes a while to wash clothes but I guess that the energy efficient part. Spins super fast nice machine

WE like Samsung appliances and audio/visual equipment. Almost everything in our home is Samsung. Due to a washing machine recall by Samsung we replaced our machine with a slightly larger machine. Samsung is providing a nice rebate due to the recall, but it still does not cover what the old washer cost us only three years ago, or what the new one is costing us now. Still a happy customer however and the new machine works great. We really like the new 'tub cleaning' cycle feature.

I love the washer. It's super efficient and fast. The fact that there is no disturber increases the effectiveness.

First few washes it made a strange noise when it drained the water. Ran the self clean and it cleared that up. Year and half later, it already has some rust around the bleach pour area and around the detergent pull out. Washer is used once a month, so its not like it has a lot of wear and tear on it. Now it does clean very well with the selected cycles, so I am not going to complain on the functionality of it.

It is one of the best product I bought by far. I love the little tune it make when it's done. Very spacious also.
