Good Machine - Now That Replaced

We always liked the machine and had no problem with it but the deal Samsung offered to replace it was a no brainer. So, we got the same machine again. Works very well and Samsung stood by it with the recent recall. The BestBuy folks at the Honolulu store were great too! Would buy a Samsung machine again, hopefully just not any time soon.

Good washer for large loads

I can load my king size comforter and a few other things with no issue. The tub is deep which is also an issue for my wife. She can't reach the bottom of it due to her shortness 5'5" without having to lean into the tub which she hates. Many times I am the one left retrieving the baby's socks or mine from the bottom of the tub.

I find this as an open box and we are very pleased with this machine. Its so quiet and water efficient. Very happy with this.

Not functional

Best Buy came and set up the unit, and the pushed the water hose, which caused the hot water not to fill properly. Considering havng best buy come and check the unit
