I still prefer an agitator

This one runs exactly the same way. I thought about buying a model with an agitator instead but there are very few being built anymore, and I could get reimbursed by Samsung fully for this model.

great washer for price

A little loud when spinning out, otherwise it's very quiet during its wash cycle. The only problem I have with this washer, is that I'm 5'5" and have a hard time reaching to the bottom of the washer to get the clothes out (I'll need to invest into a little stool). Also, I don't recommend using the pods because they don't seem to dissolve completely.

Also, I love the washer automatically determines how much water the washer needs to appropriately wash your clothing based on the weight. However, this washer if very "futuristic" and the settings DO matter depending what you want done.

Worked great until motherboard went out

It worked great and was quiet until it quit in the middle of a load of laundry. The technician came out quickly and diagnosed it as a motherboard failure. We were within the 30 day return period so we will be replacing it with another Samsung. I hope this one does not have the same problem or we will look at a different brand.
