Good washer

When washing dark clothes need to put on the darks setting. Cycles are longer than I'm used to. The washer can hold A LOT. Was shocked how much I could fit in there. Equivalent to 2 1/2 loads in my old machine.

Clothes are not getting clean

Matching dryer quit at 18 months. Very disappointing performance by Samsung. Buy this product if you have money to waste because you will need to buy another soon.

Washes great!

Seems to wash even better than the old one and there's no smell of mold anymore. Got a great deal on the washer and it functions perfectly. Lots of space, enough for a comforter. Would recommend this.

No agitator

No more clothes falling out as I'm trying to fill it. No hassle when I want to add something after the load started. It's also more quiet

Second shot at Samsung washers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After having nothing but trouble out of our first experience with a Samsung washing machine (and 6 months later) Samsung finally stepped up to the plate and replaced our previous product with this one. So far so good I guess. The only down side is the bleach dispenser doesn't always empty out during cycle and you realize it on your next load when your colors come out bleach stained. But hey, at least it spins the water out of our clothes, unlike the previous version.
