Love this washer so far. Have only had it a month but so far no complaints. The variety of settings are more than adequate and although I've never used a washer without an agitator, I really don't even notice the difference except that the clothes don't get caught up and twisted around it.

i didn't want a machine with too many options and this one was just right. It is super quiet and has a nice jingle to indicate it is done. It cleans well. It isn't particularly fast but it's effective. It is also low in electricity usage.

This machine is a replacement for our 12 yr old washer and it as expected out performs the older model. At times it almost completely dries the clothes as part of the spin cycle which is great. It doesn't have an agitator which my wife thinks might not result in the same level of cleaning but so far we are satisfied.

Being short makes it difficult to get your laundry out of the bottom of the washer.

I'm conflicted in this rating. I'd rate it a 4/5 based on the washer. The washing machine has been great. Easy to use. We really like it. We've had no problems. I'd buy it again EXCEPT FOR... Have you read about the washing machines from Samsung that "blow up"? That's right, it's not just their phones. Information came out ~3 weeks after ours got installed. (So, I am stuck with it.) However, I strongly recommend you search the articles and problems before you buy this machine. Had info been out before my purchase, I would have gotten a different brand. I STILL would use Best Buy if I could do it again, though. Great customer service - both in store and online. (There was a slight hiccup with my delivery, but Best Buy stayed fully involved and made everything right.) They solidified in my mind that they are a great place to go for appliances!

We purchased this washer because of Samsung rebate. There was a recall on our current washer. We didn't have any issues with our current washer. New washer is great but there could be an improvement on the noise level. New is quite a bit louder than our old one. Otherwise this review would be 5 stars.

Very easy to use. I like that it has a self cleaning feature. The ability to change the settings according to my needs is great, but its also nice to be able to use the pre programmed setting. The quick wash setting is great. Works very well. Large drum is easy to wash blankets.

Replaced our whirlpool with this unit and night and day difference. Better clean and definitely more dry. Seemed to have fixed the spinning to fast with certin itimes so no more blow ups in earlier recalls. This unit was built after the recall issues. Definitely reccomend

We reviewed this product in consumer report before purchasing. We were pleased to be able to get the recall taken care of with the same washer and the same options which we enjoy. I particularly appreciate the use of eco-warm for many of our washing needs and I'm The sales person was a great help .

My wife and I purchased this washer to replace our recalled Samsung washer. It is pretty much the exact same on that we had, but is not a part of the recall. I love the washer, but like most newer washers, it has a long tune that it plays when the cycle is complete.

Great washer. I love the see-thru top and the stainless steel drum. it does a great job as a universal washer. I've washed many types of clothes and all have come out fine. I've used the bedding feature and was pleased with the results. It's met my expectations.

I have had this machine for about 1 month. It does a great job cleaning my clothes. I went from a front loader to this and was concerned a little with having to layer the clothes in. It is no hassle and I like this much better and it seems to do a better job.

Very happy with the washer. Lots of bells/whistles. Many washing options. Highly recommend. Easy to hook-up, easy to use. So far, no problems with this model.

This Samsung wash machine has many more features than our old one. Many different wash cycles. Digital read out shows you how much time a cycle will take and counts the time down. There is no agitator in the center for clothes to tangle around which is nice.

We had a Samsung washer on recall so we opted to replace it with a new model. We LOVE it! Larger capacity than our old one and it washes everything so well. No complaints here! Fits our king size sheets and blankets as well as rugs and comforters.

This was a replacement washer due to the Samsung recall. The delivery was great buy the Best Buy team. The washer is more noisy than our prior water which was less than a year old. I don't know if this is due to the redesign of the drum problem or if we have a problem ahead.j

We upgraded from a front load washer due to the smell of the drum and it was not washing our clothes well enough. This washer has so many great features and cycles.
