Had to buy a new washer after our 4 year old GE washer decided to give up the ghost. Discontinued product meant that replacement parts were more expensive than a new washer... so we like Samsung TVs and phones, might as well try a washer as well!

I have not used the washer enough at this point to fully know all of the options. The Manual is not as descriptive to make a quick study. But, the washing machine clearly is a generation above my old HE.

This washer works very well and I am happy with it. This replaces a version recalled for vibrating out of control. I did not experience any problems, but I am a little concerned about the redesign. Samsung is a little cagy about the original design flaw and the fix.

Can believe how much more it was to get a different color.

I would recommend this washing machine to anyone looking to purchase a great washer and u can't beat the warranty from factory and I'm also covered thru geek squad for next 5 years

changed a front loader that had smell and cleaning problems for this one, but still not convinced this new tub cleans better than the old style

My wife was adamant about getting a top load washer instead of our previous front loader. Washer has worked fantastic so far and we are very pleased.

It took 4 tries to get the delivery right, but in the end, Best Buy took care of me. Love the top loader. Holds tons. Cleans great. Would recommend.

Love this washing machine. The load size is great, and it cleans very well. I'm not a laundry guy but this washing machine has made my life a lot easier by having to do less load

Had this washer for a couple weeks now. I love it! No more worrying about the size of the load to determine how much water, it does it for you. Only issue I have is reaching all the way to the bottom of the drum, Great purchase!

Had a front loader and did not care for the seal issues. This is a great washer with an open drum. Hold a huge amount of clothes. Washed my king spread with no trouble.

Purchased a new Samsung washer to find out it was one in the recall. I chose to purchase a Samsung replacement because Samsung wasted no time in giving their customers a choice in replacing/keeping or going to another brand. They were fair.

I love my washer and so glad I went with a top loader instead of a front loader. The only problem is. I'm to short to get all the clothes out. Other then that I love it.

I really like this machine. Cleans clothes well and there are lots of cycle choices, including one for water proof clothes, like rain coats. The drum is deep but at 5'1", I can reach bottom on tip toes. Not a problem.

Nice job washing the clothes - concerns are: 1. The depth of the tub. Need to be 5'6" or more to reach without tip toes and 2. A little too many bells and whistles - overkill. There are really only 3 to 4 options needed. "Simple is elegant"

I can fit every pair of my work jeans, work shirts, socks and underwear for the whole week in this baby. And, they get clean enough to where if I didn't know better, I'd wear them out to dinner. Now that's clean.

After reviewing several washers, we chose this one. Although there has been problems with some units, we haven't experienced anything. If you use the washer and setting as intended then no problems should incurre.

We have had the new Samsung for about a month and done about 20 washes. Works well, cleans fine, no issues. The UE light came on once to warn of unbalanced sheets. Just had to pull them apart and all was well.

This machine will wash twice what my last washing machine could. The clothes come out very clean. The only problem I have now is my dryer isn't big enough so I have to dry only half the clothes at a time.
