Great service from Best Buy during the Samsung washer replacement. I chose to stay with Samsung as I like the washer and more importantly they have taken care of me without a hassle or long waiting period.

I got this washer to replace my recalled washer that I never had a problem with. This one has an improved agitator. Still works great like the last one.

My wife can't do without using this washing in a week. Keeps our home clean and does not consume a lot of energy. I have used it for about 4 months without any problem. It comes with a 5 yr warranty!

Not and HE fan, seems there isn't enough water in the wager to clean. Overall very quiet and seem to work okay. Dryer is awesome just wish there was a no hear setting which I missed!

Best buy delivered 4 or 5 of these before we got one that didn't have problems. Possibly from delivery team not doing correct full setup. Horrible grinding noise at times. Finally got one that was less noisy than the others. Doesn't seem to spin dry very well. Shakes a lot and is noisey even through walls.

So far so good. I like it, my wife likes it even though she's around 5'4" and can reach the bottom. The current technology with appliances is quite amazing compared with products around 20 years ago.

Bought this because my other washer was too small. Was not disappointed. I can put two of my regular loads in this washer. Saves time and money! Clothes come out looking and smelling fresh and clean.

Great top loading washer. After having a front loader for several years, I found I like the top better. This unit holds a ton of clothes and washes better then my priovious unit. Glad I purchased.

SAMSUNG WASHER WITH ACTIVE WASH, IS GREAT AND COOL. GET TO SOAK MY SOILED STAINS BEFORE THE WASH CYCLE AND 11 CYCLES TO WASH CLOTHES. GREAT PRODUCT

We have owned front loads for many years but since top loads are now HE we thought we would give it a try. It seems to do it's job well, the clothes come out clean, it just uses a little more water and makes different noises..

i buy this washing machine 3 years ago after 2 years this washing machine body paint got rusted and don't wash proper i have to turn it off so many time to finish the cycle my wife has killing to thru it away and buy new one i have picture to proof the rust turns all my clothes with rust spot

This washer is great. Awesome features and many options which is very nice. We have the matching dryer and truly love both machines and are very please with their function.

First off, the process that Samsung had in place to replace the recalled Samsung Top-Loaders was unacceptable! What Samsung should have done is send Vouchers with a certain limit to all customers to use wherever they purchased the recalled Top-Loaders for the purchase of a new washer. Instead, it made it inconvenient on our end to go and spend money out of our pocket or charge it, submit and mail the rebate form and then wait WEEKS to get our money back so that we can pay off the credit card we used...Samsung should compensate us additionally for this ridiculous process, how about giving us additional gift cards/vouchers! All my appliances and/or electronics in my home (fridge, gas range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's, tablet and one Galaxy S7) are from Samsung and this is the kind of thanks I get, I am sorry but to me this is unacceptable! Now to talk about the new Top-Loader that was comparable to my recalled unit, I like it but it seems quite louder than the previous one. If it wasn't for this particular issue, I would give it 4 stars but in reality I wanted to give it 1 star because of the overall experience from talking to someone on the phone who barely spoke any English and trying to do the claim with them to the point of having to spend money out of my own pocket only to have to wait for weeks to get my money back. This is my first time reviewing a product (2nd review today) and I just felt the need to express how horrible of a process Samsung took!

Wash clothes less! Huge. My front loader Kenmore stopped working. I will never get another front loader! This machine is awesome! Cleans fantastically!

My Samsung washing machine was recalled (never had any problems with it though) and the new one (I upgraded) that replaced it seems even better. Works like a charm. Very happy with it.

We are extremely happy with the Samsung washer and dryer we purchased from Best Buy. We started to get something similar at HH Gregg, but then found these. This Samsung set has more features at a lower price.

My wife and I thouroughly enjoy our new washer and dryer! We couldnt find anything else with this many options in this price range.

This washer is easy to use and washes great. I love the way my clothes come out. I have always owned Kenmore products, but really love Samsung products. I would highly recommend it.

I like this washer, but it's noisey. I wish I could find a quiet and reliable washer. It washes good. Just loud. If you don't mind the noise it's a good washer.

worse washing machine you could possibly buy. We are on our second one since the first one gave error codes all the time. The second one they gave us is just as bad. But hey 3 hrs to do a load of laundry isnt too bad huh. Ready to drop the piece of junk back off at their store
