I don't like that the settings are on a dark background and are hard to read unless you have great lighting. High spin seems to have too much vibration.

Replaced a recalled washer with this model. Did not have a problem with the other washer and this one has worked well. I sincerely hope Samsung has produced a quality product.

I have been very pleased with the operation and it spins the clothes very well and that helps with cutting down on drying time. I would say I am so far very pleased with it.

I love the fact that this washer does not get off balance when going through the cycles. It calibrates itself before starting the wash process. No banging and being off balance!!

This washer does a great job of cleaning clothes, but it lacks a little in features such as the ability to increase spin time - a feature available in a machine with a much higher price point.

I am impressed with the Samsung washers that uses the power of water to presoak the clothes with a small stream of water.

Two years ago we bought a similar Samsung washer that was part of the recall. We had the option to have it repaired or get a check for a replacement. Not being an expert on washers we took the check for $340 towards the purchase of a new Samsung washer (it was about $100 less if you bought another manufacturers washing machine). Long story short I have a new washer that looks almost identical to my old one, works about the same and cost my a few hundred out of my pocket. My clothes are clean at least (or no one has bothered to tell me otherwise...)

Have had Samsung in the past and always liked them. This washer has a nice, large drum to hold a lot of clothes, with various cycles for different kinds of laundry.

This washer is able to easily clean large bedding items, such as, the mink blankets I purchased in Korea. It does a really nice job.

Nice glass top load washer, but slow and take too much time in performing it's Washington ng functions. But for the price we paid, it's okay.

Very deep drum to wash lots of clothes. Love it!!!

I wasn't sure if I would like the new style of washer but it does a great job. It has options to use an economy setting for water or just do the basic settings.

This washing machine is great. I bought this one to replace another Samsung washer that had a recall on it and I'm so glad I did! I love Samsung appliances.

We bought this unit add a replacement to our recalled Samsung washing machine. It is a great unit, well priced and has a lot of capacity. Would recommend.

The drum is a great size for towels and comforters. Seems to clean the clothes very well.

Great number of cycle options. Will take a while to use all the different cycle options. Technicians take installed units were excellant. Price was right.

The guys that brought my washer&dryer were so kindly and hook up my appliances and very respectful,,there names were Ventura&Orlando 100% good persons

so far good.. have to read manual carefully for all features. It does not appear to be too energy-wise as I have to run long cycles to get workout gear clean. Even though drum sixe is large you can't fill it as much as manual indicates. Also it is a long reach to bottom of drum to retrieve small items (e.g., socks) out. I would check that out before I buy again. In general I think appliances built years go were much better value and quality.

I wish all machines weren't digital anymore. Only problem we've had was on the delicate cycle it threw out some error code so I haven't used that cycle again but otherwise good.

I love the amount of items you can fit into this top loader and the all the choices you have for the different types of washing you would need to do.
