Purchased this washing machine at Best Buy at a great price (floor model). It provides good washing with a number of different settings.

I am very pleased with my new washing machine I own quite a few Samsung products and and happy with them all so far

I do not feel the clothes get as clean without the agitator. Most loads take over an hour to wash and every load has to be spun at the super high speed or the clothes come out nearly dripping wet. Loads become unbalanced easily which causes the whole machine to shift sideways.

We bought this washer last year as a set. It was recalled by Samsung, so we replaced that one with the newer model.

Clothing always comes out clean. The spin cycle is great. Drying takes less time due to the spinning. Very pleased.

It's like night and day from having a front load washer. This washer works so much better and has amazing features.

After three weeks, it seems something has happened to the timer--loads never finish and go through various cycles several times. Spin never finished and more water loaded, so I couldn't get the clothes dry enough to put into the dryer. Moreover, trying to get an appointment with Samsung took me 2 hours (no need to go into details). After getting one, they changed it to a week later so I am still waiting....

Never bought a major appliance like this on line before, was old school and thought you had to go into the store and talk to someone. We read many of the reviews about this unit both here and on other sites, many come back positive and we agree! Delivery and installation were a breeze. The delivery guys were nice and professional in hauling both units (this new one and taking away our old broken one) up/down the flight of stairs. As far as the unit itself, it was slightly bigger than our old unit, taller, but no big deal, still fit fine along side the old dryer. It is easy to operate and understand after a quick review of the user guide. The high efficiency part takes a little getting used to and it does seem to take longer to wash than the old style we had. However, it tells you how much time and allows you to change settings if you choose. We've had it for about two weeks and now and have run about 10 loads through. It handled the huge load of bath towels we gave it to test it out, no issues. This machine is quiet! A very nice bonus to us. The clothes are clean and we are very satisfied with this purchase. We actually want to find things to wash to continue to learn it! Haven't played with the Samsung app for our Galaxy phones yet, but am looking forward to learning it. We will most likely buy the matching dryer when the time comes. Again, great experience purchasing it online and a great machine!
