Customers are saying
Customers love the 4.8 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer's cleaning performance and large capacity, frequently praising its quiet operation and ease of use. However, some customers have noted that the spin cycle could be improved, and the depth of the tub may be a concern for some users. A few also mentioned occasional issues with the washer's balance during the spin cycle, particularly with larger items.

Recall Replacement No Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to replace a Samsung washing machine due to the recall for the top separating from the machine. Under the terms of the recall replacement rebate program I was given an extra $100. to purchase a Samsung model rather than another brand. I stuck with Samsung because I have the matching dryer. Best buy dropped of the new washing machine (this unit) three days ago. I chose not to have it installed because the hoses and everything are like new since I have only had the original unit for about 6 months. I got up early today to install this unit which was sitting in my garage since delivery. After pulling out the old unit and moving it out to the garage I went to install the new unit. Unbelievably the top assemble is not even connected properly. There is like a gap and the top just separates from the base. It's like some fasteners were not installed upon assembly. Since this is obviously an issue with these machines I am really concerned and not installing. Now I have no machine to use until resolved and more of my personal time will be wasted to resolve this. Calling Best Buy later. I'll update with how this was rectified. I can't believe the delivery people would not have noticed this and also wondering about Samsung QC if the are letting machines go out like this especially given the recall on the other models. Buyer may want to consider other brands to avoid additional hassle especially if purchasing to replace a recalled unit in my opinion. More wasted time...

Doesn't have proper water level
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were skeptical about a machine without an agitator but we realized that is what is out there. The water level is based on weight. So when I tried to wash pillows the tub was only 1/4 full. We were told to add more water manually!!! Why would I buy a high tech washer and then fill the bin like my parents did with a washer from the 80's?!? There should be an option for water level. I hate that they tried to automate the whole thing and the user has no control over the wash. Don't get me started on the lack of agitator. I am not confident that my clothes are getting clean.

Ease of Use and Great Capacity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washer is very easy to use, quiet in all cycles and cleans wonderfully using the small amount of HE detergent as directed. The water savings are a great bonus. Intelligently designed to do all the work for you, it feels the load size and even positions the clothes evenly for the spin cycle. Nice machine.

Decent washing machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a good washing machine but not great. Clothes come out clean but due to the high efficiency they sometimes smell. You need to do the majority of washes on heavy and hot to emulate the older non efficient washers that used more water.

Great Washer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am the type of person who researches everything I can find before buying a large or small appliance. I read all the reviews on Best Buy, Amazon, and Consumer Reports and bought this washing machine. I have had it for a month and love it. The clothes are clean . It is huge. I can do comforters, towels and small loads as well. The clothes come out clean and pretty dry. Leaving drying time to a minimal. It is easy to use has many choices and judges the water level by the amount of clothes put in the washer. I always buy the extended warranty on all big purchases now because I find they don't last past 5 years. It has been one month, so far so good I will keep updating this review because I count on others review when I go to buy.

Fine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The interface and design I liked, but I don't feel like it got my clothes that clean. I ended up exchanging them for the Samsung front loader.

Should have went with the regular old style washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's difficult to level. The pic on leveling it is difficult to understand. It's very important to have it loaded evenly or will not rinse. Had to take everything out wet to redistribute the load.

its a nice washer machine, but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the most annoying part of this washer is the is the ringer or sound that it makes after its done with a load, but either than that it does what its required to do.

Many issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washer replaced the recalled Samsung - our recalled one worked the best! The replacement which we termed the wishing well filled up with water on its own each night... Samsung replaced that one and we had issues with it too! Best Buy finally put us into a different model Samsung washer and we have had no more problems.
