When my old washer finally died, I had to find a new one & fast. I went here first to check the highest reviewed washer & it had to be a Samsung. This was the top of the list. Am I glad I chose this washer!! It is quiet. The capacity is crazy big-like 2 loads from my old washer. I am spending much less time washing clothes these days. Also it is very easy to program. The musical song it plays when done is too funny. I am VERY happy at the price point for such a good washer.

So, I had this washer literally explode in my wash room...be careful in choosing this model.

washer we purchased last year was recalled. bought the same washer newer model that would not blow apart when used.

I can honestly say that I have never loved a washer as I do my new Samsung. After having a front loader for the past 10 years, I swore I would never get another. The constant cleaning to fight off mold and the fact that I have to turn it down a spin speed and still have it shake down the house told me never again. My laundry room is on the 2nd floor. My HE front loader died and I was without a washer for 6 days with a family of 5. As soon as the Samsung was delivered it went into action with 5 consecutive loads. Complete ease and I honestly had no idea when it was spinning. The washing came out so much drier it cut down time in the dryer by about 20 mins. I'm a pretty basic washer, whites/lights - warm and coloreds - cold. But I love the bedding wash option for sheets, comforters and towels. It was hard for me to believe that the small agitator would move anything around but the first few cycles I stood peering through the glass top watching as the colored items were drawn from the top to the bottom of the load. The one problem I could see for more petite people, would be leaning In to the drum to retrieve clothes from the bottom. I'm 5'8" and can do it on my tip toes. But I would truly recommend this washer to my friends

My other Samsung was recalled so this is the only one they had in store for a replacement. It is so loud

My machine came broken they fix it after 2 weeks OF WAITING FOR SOMEBODY TO COME.

Wish I was able to add more water to the loads for better agitation.

This washing machine. Leans well but it is very noisy especially when switching to rinse cycle.

Still getting used to the washer. Definitely does not use the pod soap as the older machine did

This washer sucks, it barely cleans clothes.. I tremendously regret buying it. I want a refund!!

My other Samsung opened at different levels so cabinets did not matter

I decided to buy a good machine however since day one This machine hasn't completed one wash. Now I had to reconnect the hoses, adjust the drain hose and reassess the instal. (Install was provided by deivery company) I'm sick of it.

I've owned my washer for 8 months and have put it to the test! I've used every cycle, created my own cycles and it has definitely proven its worth. I love that you can add clothes during a cycle unlike a front load washer. No odors in between washes from the drum, uses less water, detergent and fabric softner. It washes twice what my previous washer washed and gently cleans my clothes and freshen's each load. It's so seriously quiet even the spin cycle is so calm the washer never moves or shakes considering the high spinning speeds. Temporarily living in a modular/mobile home so that's a plus. My old washer would shake horribly I could feel it spinning two rooms over. So if you live in a mobile or modular home I highly recommend this washer. The digital blue display is wonderful, the dial is smooth, the chimes are soft. I'm impressed "SAMSUNG YOU TRULY BUILT AN AWESOME WASHING MACHINE"!!!!!!!!!!!

This washer worked well, however, it was a part of the national recall because during the spin cycle, it could explode.

First one was recalled. This one works but always stops because it has to be rebalanced. If you have the money get a different one.

replaced recalled washer,new one is a lot louder than old one.bought samsung kitchen package and returned it when the dishwasher quit after two weeks. samsung appliances are not worth buying!

Worst investment ever, I bought this brand new and I had problems the first month. Coming unbalances super loud not worth it. I have had it repaired through the geek squad several times. I have had it for 5 years already and never will I buy Samsung electronics for my house.

Washing bedding or any relatively small load results in problems with balance. Thus, loading the machine & going about other business is not practical, as it must be watched closely.

Did not like this washer. I end up exchanging it. It uses too much hot water since there is no choice to rinse with cold water. I prefer to use cold water when rinsing.
