This is a replacement for the Samsung recall. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't deal with samsung. They told us we would have our money to compensate us for our one year old recall in 4-6 weeks. Been six weeks, I call weekly and they say they have no status. Because of their terrible customer support I got rid of my Samsung TV and bought a 75" Sony. Wondering if i need to contact some agency to complain about my non-response to refund me. Done with any Samsung products.

I am 5 foot one and cannot breach bottom of this washer to get clothes out as it is too deep. This is a first for me.

This is by far one of the best washers out there, read the reviews before buying and I'm not one bit disappointed with this machine. Very quiet and washes well. I haven't tried all washing options but so far so good with the quick wash option. Also buy from Best Buy, best customer service and best prices. Went to Sears Outlet in Lawrenceville GA first and was disappointed with the lack of customer service by management. Thank God I came to Best Buy, it was new and cheaper by $100 bucks, they match prices too.....I promise I don't work for them..lol.

Got this to replace a front loader and I'm glad I did. Easily washes two baskets of clothes at a time. Uses way more water than the stingy Samsung front loader we had..no matter what they say the water conserver model just wasn't getting the clothes clean. Average load takes about 50 minutes. It has lots of nice features like delayed start and other cycles. Tub is a little deep and hard to reach the bottom if you are short, but it beats kneeling down to load and unload. Only been using for a week- it seems like it's durable but its lifespan is the great unknown.

The product works OK. Best Buy did a terrible job on the installation.

I was skeptical of this new technology. Did not realize that doing laundry could be so quiet and efficient. My old Maytag was actually shredding my beautiful R Lauren towels. I adjusted quickly to the peacefulness of this machine. No need to beat the life out of your clothes to make them clean. I'm very happy with my new machine, Best Buy's installation team and the very reasonable price I paid.

After much research I finally decided on this particular Samsung washing machine. It has been the perfect blend of form, function, features, and value. The wash tub is indeed massive and deep and can accommodate a seeminly infinite amount of laundry or bulky items. With eleven different cycles to choose from this Samsung washer makes it a breeze to give every load of laundry its ideal type of wash. And don't let the fact that this machine is HE worry you that it won't get your clothes clean. This machine really gets things moving around in there and I swear my clothes have never been cleaner and my whites are brighter than ever. The AquaJet feature is amazing and I feel it greatly contributes to the machine's ability to get my laundry so clean. I also like that this machine has a self cleaning cycle to keep it nice and fresh. No sour smell in this machine which can be a common problem in other HE washers. It also reminds you to periodically run the self clean cycle which is great. I also love the song it plays at the end of the cycle. Overall I am extremley satisfied with this Samsung washer and I am sure it will continue to perform admirably and delight me with is capabilities for years to come.

I feel the clothes are getting clean. Worst washer ever

I have had this machine since January - 4 service calls; machine does not drain; and the service person said my error code does not exist (except I have pictures!!). Trying to obtain a refund - I will never buy another Samsung.

Had this washer about a month now after having a Whirlpool Cabrio devil washer for 5 years with multiple problems. It sounded like a jet was taking off, the clothes were not clean and it left soap on everything black. This washer on the other hand is a dream. Its quiet, the clothes are clean and the tub is so big I can't reach the bottom without a step stool.

Great washer but after 2 months Samsung sent me info on how I cannot use all the functions due to being recalling. This was my second washer due to previous washer being recalled.

This product is the replacement for the recalled version. If they fixed the problem, I can't tell. And it cost me $300 to get this fixed product. Not happy!!!

This machine does not wash clothes good at all. And it takes forever to do a load.

Washer recalled, has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with Pacific Sales within Best Buy. Have made phone calls and written letters..NO ONE CARES! a nightmare..

Noisy, bad pump on 2 units, Do not buy this model.

Clothes really feel and look cleaner. Quiet. More features than I will ever use. Did use the built in sink which I did not think I would use. Only negative is my wife needs a claw stick to reach the bottom! It is a VERY large capacity.

I have had this washing machine since March of 2015. We had a front loading washer-I hated it from the beginning, did everything to maintain a "clean" washer-YUCK-I do not recommend front loaders. Purchased this machine and I have been so happy. The large capacity bowl makes washing clothes a breeze. You can easily wash 2 loads of laundry-cutting your time in half. Clothes come out fresh and clean. I have not had any issues with the drum becoming unstable. It has been a fantastic washer-great price compared to other similar models.

I'm too short to reach the bottom. I have to climb on a stool to reach my clothes

my dinosaur washer died right before the holidays and needed something ASAP. Was hesitant to buy something as "techy" as this, figuring that would be just one more thing to break. However, I couldnt be happier! The only possible downside is now I need a new (bigger) dryer to handle what the washing machine can hold. This thing is deep and def holds more than a standard full load (probably more like 1.5 or 2).

We did quite a bit of research before purchasing this washer, and I'm happy to say we're very pleased. The one concern was the depth of the tub, especially for my 5'3" wife. She can reach everything, but one more inch and she wouldn't be able to get it. Overall, we love it.
