Great Washer. Love all the modes and features. Really amazing how it uses such a low amount of water on Normal Mode. Do not recommend washing towels on Normal, due to LOW amount of water left in drum. For the record people need to read their manuals. If you do not like "song" at end of cycle. You need to hold down two buttons for three seconds. I personally like the song due to washer being quite and not sure when it is done.

Unfortunately our first washer was same brand and model and a bad sensor. Samsung refunded us and we purchased the same exact model because we loved the simplicity and how well our clothes were cleaned.

After reading the reviews and needing to replace my front loading washer, I opted to buy a large capacity top loader. It is a huge capacity, BUT the drum ALWAYS gets off balance and I have to redistribute the balance of the load. A Royal Pain in the butt and I'll tell you it doesn't clean your clothes very well either. When I used the laundry mat before I bought this washer, my clothes were a heck of a lot cleaner and fresher smelling....if you can believe that. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with this washer. Thank goodness I went ahead and had my front loader repaired and currently I use it for my heavier loads. Its hooked up in my garage with a garden hose. Online reviews are not necessarily useful to me now.

Do not buy this machine unless you want to always wash in hot water Why is there an option for cold water or eco warm if nothing comes out but hot water during the wash cycle. How does that save energy if anything iam sure my electric bill will go up not down .Had I known I would have kept my old whirlpool washer that the only issue was not putting in enough water to cover the clothes so I had to manually add extra ,at least it would wash on the temperature that I choose .

If you want musical tones this is the washer for you. Too bad they didn't invest in making the washer work efficiently.If you are looking to wash king size bedding forget it. If you want quiet operation forget it. If you like your clothes spun pretty dry so your dryer is happy, forget it. If you had negative stars that's how I would rate this machine. Inferior product.

I have owned this washing machine for under 3 years. 12 days ago the drum literally fell out of the bottom of the machine. The customer service at Samsung is a nightmare to deal with. Seriously, I will never buy anything made by this company again due to the experience. In addition the cost to fix this washer is $550 (more than a new machine). Here is what needs to be repaired on a less than 3 year old washer: Clutch Dampers Spin Basket Tub Nut-Hex Washer Wave Seriously?....this thing is practically new! We are buying a new washing machine this weekend and it won't be a Samsung!

I LOVED this washer, up until one day it decided it wouldn't even turn on. I worried about buying a "high tech" one for this exact reason but I certainly didn't expect to have issues with it 2 months into owning it. So, not only will the thing not turn on (yes, we've checked all the obvious possibilities), the soonest a tech can come out to even LOOK at it was almost 2 weeks from the day it broke. I called Geek Squad AND Samsung direct. So the performance hasn't been great and now the service side is less than par. As a family of 5, not having a washer in a huge inconvenience and the slowness of help has added insult to injury. I just hope that once they find out whats wrong with it, it doesn't take another 2 weeks to get the part. SO, if the part about it not turning on was omitted, I LOVE LOVE LOVE this washer, we're just not off to a good start.

Great washer for larger family. It washes really nice.

I have piddle pads to wash for my dogs. I pre-spray them and they still do not come clean. I can only wash 4 at a time to get the best results, and I still frequently get poor cleaning. Today I only washed 3 because they were a little dirtier than usual. All 3 were not clean. This machine has poor "agitation". My old machine at my old house was a speed queen and I was not fond of that, but it got the piddle pads clean. I could stuff the tub and they would all be clean without pre-spraying them. I bought this machine because Samsung has a good reputation and I could not afford to buy another speed queen. It had lots of mechanical problems anyway. I am soooo disappointed with this. This will be my last purchase from Best Buy. Customer Service is also horrible. I am generally happy with purchases. It's not because I am a chronic complainer. I just want people to be aware.

I did my homework before buying this. I totally relied on Consumer Reports. First time ever that I was disappointed by their recommendation. This washing machine is horrible. I have given it a fair chance and honestly it's just awful. The cycles take forever, the clothes are never clean. I miss my old whirlpool...

This washer has saved me so much money when it comes to water usage. It tells me when it needs to run the self clean mode. All around great!

I've had this washer since September 2015(it's May 2016 currently) and it just stopped finishing spin cycles. It now shakes vigorously trying to spin until it errors out and shuts off. It's still under warranty and if Samsung fixes this or replaces it then I will re-review, but currently I am 100% dissatisfied with the product because it only lasted 8 months...

Needed a new washer and dryer for my mom who does not care for bells and whistles. She also wanted one that did not have the middle agitator and this fit the bill. The tub is pretty deep so she uses a small step stool to reach in.

I got this washer because my other one was part of the massive recall. Its working good so far and I checked to make sure the one I got wasnt part of the recall.

I did my research for a great washer and I have had this for over 6 months and I am unhappy about this one! My husband washed his muddy jeans right after he got done and he did hot water, heavy soil and when done they still had mud on them. Don't buy this washer next time I am gonna buy one with an agitator. Sometimes I wash with hot water and it isn't hot. Don't buy

I bought this washing machine based on the cubic feet per load, the open tub design, various wash mode selections, and the 1100 rpm spin cycle speed (what really sealed the deal.)

This washing machine gets an A for effort and an E for execution after less than a year of use. The computer operated machine really struggles to complete a load of wash. After nearly completing the rinse/spin cycle, I think the machine says to itself "I think I can do a better job" so it goes back through the rinse spin cycle which again which uses another 10+ gallons of water. It's not uncommon to use over 40 gallons of water for one load. At the same time, it can take over 3 hours for one load to complete. Not environmentally friendly and totally frustrating. The Geek Squad has tore into the machine replacing every conceivable part per the direction of Samsung technical support over 6 visits. Through all this, we have asked for a replacement and it has been denied multiple times by Samsung. Geek Squad is due back next week. Maybe the #7 visit will bring us luck.

Used to just have the most basic washer possible. This one is the best washer I've ever had. So many options, and the music tones letting you know your laundry is done are great.
