Excellent picture and easy to use and great price too

I used this as a kiosk display at a conference event and then moved to become permanent digital signage in our office. I've purchased 4 of these in various sizes and been very happy with all of them. Highly recommended for home or office. The smart remote is great with Spectrum cable and integrated apps. With a small PC, webcam, and sometimes streaming boxes these are great in conference rooms too.

The lack of local dimming is noticeable, especially with high-contrast scenes, and with video games in particular. The apps are good overall but they don't update sometimes. For example, you would turn the TV off on the home screen of YouTube and when you turn it back on hours later, it doesn't update. You have to click on the other tabs/options in YouTube multiple times and wait 3 minutes to make it spin and update. Happens once every 3 or 4 times, so it's pretty annoying. Picture quality is really good and audio is good for a TV of this size and price.

Price is reasonable compared to other products with same feature. Set up was easy, although we did encounter some problem. Called technical support who help us with the final set up, as well as giving us tips on how to navigate the different features. Our cable box was not equipped to handle the 4k feature so we to request direct tv for an upgrade. Overall, it was s good tv

Never thought I'd go so big! Really does make a difference. TV had great quality wonderful picture so glad we took the plunge! The only fly in the appointment so to speak when I got it home we used it for a couple of days and it wouldn't turn on. Just a fluke haven't had any trouble since. Great price also.

Great television clear and smart for television made all functions easy to use

We purchased a tv for our guest room; which I was recovering from surgery in. The first tv we purchased didn't have a very clear picture and the lines around the faces weren't sharp. My husband took the tv back to best buy and purchased this one. 100% better quality in the picture. We mounted it to the wall and it's better than perfect for this room. Good price for the picture quality.

While I don't have any specific complaint, there are still things about this TV I don't know how to manage. While the online user manual may have everything you could ever want to know, there no easy way to find the information you do want. The good news is the Samsung folks really seem eager to help and they can take control of the set over the Internet to help with the really hard stuff. The built-in apps work well but the simple remote works a bit differently for each of them (not Samsung's fault, I know). So far, so good.

I bought this to pair with my Samsung phone, I was mislead by the phone salesman in that we need to have WiFi to do that, wanted to watch tv off my phone without internet, the stand is very flimsy, cheap plastic and not very substantial

The Samsung 43" 4K TV that we recently purchased has met our expectations. The picture is sharp and colorful, and the sound is very clear. It is also nice to have the options of regular sound or the Dolby surround sound. This TV is perfect for the space that we have for it, and gives us the maximum viewing area that we can have without rearranging our entire family room.

The TV had an easy set up simple to follow screen prompts and looks great
