Love the TV, especially love that the remote can control the direct tv box as well (the series 7 we have does not have that capability). The only issue I have is that the picture gets somewhat washed out if you view it from an angle. I know this issue happens on all the 4K tvs, our series 7 is better but still somewhat noticeable. Our old LCD tvs never had that issue. But outside of that, which can be somewhat corrected by messing with the picture settings, I am extremely happy with the TV.

The TV has a lot of great features for an extremely low price. The picture quality is amazing. The viewing angle is wider than I expected which is always a good thing. I definitely recommend hooking this computer up to your home network for access to all of the available apps built into the TV. Loved this TV so much, bought a second one.

This is the first flatscreen TV I have ever owned. The picture is much more sharp than my old TV. Consumer Reports said that you should not bother looking at the picture on in TV screen in the store because the lighting conditions in the store are different. I just went with the brand that they recommended, and I am very happy with it.

Great picture - easy to use controls - brilliant picture

I've tried different TVs - LGs, Sharp, Haier, but Samsung is a different league all together. Great user interface, great quality, attention to details, and just overall product. I would always suggest to put extra money down and get a samsung. Bestbuy was great. They did the price match and I earned decent reward on my TV purchase.

Needed a smaller secondary screen to hook up to a gaming console in the corner of the room. Didn't want to spend too much but wanted to at least try out the HDR and 4k features of the newer consoles. Got an open box model and for the price, it works great! Only drawbacks would be it doesn't get as bright as some of the higher end models and while the HDR is awesome, I've heard it's better on more expensive sets. Great secondary screen for console gaming if you're looking to not spend too much.

Before the Samsung, I bought another Smart TV; however, I immediately returned it, as the technology and controls were almost impossible to understand. In contest, the Samsung is incredibly easy to use...regardless of someone's tech skills. In addition, the Samsung help line is always available to help out with any questions.

High Quality Picture. Viewing angle not as wide as expected. Easy internet access. Better than expected sound quality.
