Time to upgrade the bedroom TV, and I watch a lot sports, so an UHD tv was a must with a fast CPU. Color is great, and picture sharp.

I love it. The screen looks amazing. The apps are good. It's easy to use and to set up. The remote is slightly upgraded from last year tv remotes. This is the third samsung tv. After the first one we purchased I had to come back for more, lol. I have firesticks attached to each tv, and the tv remote controls the firestick. Amazing!

Great tv, perfect picture, good sound. Easy to setup

TV has a great picture, menus are very intuitive. I was very suprised to learn that it has a DirecTV receiver built in. You are actually able to use this TV as a DirecTV Genie! Wi-Fi made me re-connect a couple times when powering the TV on, so I just plugged in the Ethernet jack, and have not had an issue since.

This model of 4K is consistent with our Samsung experience and that's a good thing. One surprise was that the 4K TVs picture was better displaying 1080 than the previous 1080 HD TV. I was only expecting an improvement at 4K. Only negative is Samsung has a new remote that is not intuitive to use like the older versions.

Have had good service from Samsung TVs so that is really what drove me to this one. So far I have been very pleased. The colors are true and very clear. The quality of the sound was a surprise because it is actually quite good for a TV speaker. The Smart WiFi works well so this TV satisfies all that I was looking for.

We got this TV to update an old tube TV in our family room. The picture is marvelous and it connects easily to our DVD player, cable box, and Bode 321 sound system. I've had several Samsung TVs and video monitors and have always been very happy with their quality and features. I will definitely buy Samsung again.

EASY SET-UP , GREAT PICTURE. MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT!

Very easy to set up - I am somewhat "technology challenged" and I was able to set up the TV and cable in just a few minutes following the onscreen prompts. The only problem I had was with the language on some of the channels being in Spanish, but found it was a Comcast problem and not the TV. Great picture, LOVE IT!

This TV has it all and it works well. It is a little complicated because of all of the features and services.

I had a unique need that had only limited options . Both screen size and comnection type were important as this tv was centrally wired into a home theatre. Needing a composite connection the Geek squad was quick and efficient installing my new Samsung tv and were kind to help me set it up properly

I've owned a 1080p tv for a while and I finally decided it was time to buy my first 4K tv for my bedroom and after doing a bunch of research im glad i made my purchase with this tv. I was concerned mostly about brightness and picture quality and this tv definitely delivers on both of those needs.

I picked this TV on the reputation of Samsung. Unpacking and initial setup was easy. However, after three days of trying to connect this TV to the internet (contact with Samsung, my router manufacturer, my cable modem and internet help), the Samsung software would not accept my router password. I returned the TV to Best Buy and purchased a Sony TV.

Great TV. Had to call to help get it set up. It sometimes gets stuck when using Netflix or from your cell phone. I've had to re-set the TV due to this 2-3 times. Otherwise, the picture quality and resolution is great. Great features like able to watch from cell phone to TV, and Netflix.

What can I say, It is Samsung. I have 8 Samsung TV's and they have never let me down, Including this one

Good picture quality when viewed straight on. Noticeable loss in picture quality when viewed from angles greater than about 45 degrees.

Our new 43 inch Samsung is only 3 inches wider than our old 37 inch, due to the much thinner surrounding frame on the new one. Wonderful sound, great picture -- we're very happy with it!
