It seemed it was too dim and if i changed picture setting it would get Bright Spots. The Price was Good. I did not return it, but i may have Picked a different model had I known.

Thank you for your review of this Samsung MU6300 TV. It sounds like the dimming issue might be due to the ECO Sensor or Motion Lighting features.
ECO Sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level of the TV according to ambient light level, reducing power consumption. If the ECO Sensor has adjusted the screen’s brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness.
Motion Lighting adjusts brightness in response to on-screen movements to reduce power consumption.

Couldn't see spending big,big money when this TV was such a great deal! Had this TV for 4 months now with no problems and am really enjoying it.

I've used some of the apps, like YouTube and Hulu, and they're fine, too. A great value!

The picture, sound and price were an upgrade in what I was looking for but I am very pleased with my purchase. Four stars because I'm not crazy about the remote---limit features for channel selection.
