When researching my criteria is as follows: Samsung 4.5 stars or better Then I pick the options that I want. I have never been dissapointed with this method. It has to be a Samsung!!

I purchased this TV for main bedroom and suits perfect. Friendly installation and navigation. Bluetooth connection to headset has been a great upgrade in this Samsung TV.

picture isn't as good as my dead LG and sound isn't either

I love the TV, speakers could be a little better I added surround sound to make up for the inability to turn the volume up high enough but still very happy with the tv.

I've done great with Best Buy. Appliances and with the bonus point got a smart tv. Love the patient workers delivery people sales. Everyone patient and nice.

The quality is excellent and the sound system is great too. Good for a room or small living room. Has bluetooth so can connect your headphones if needed

I have liked Samsung TV's for many years-and this one is no exception. The new 4K technology is fantastic. The smart install is unbelievably easy.... very happy

This TV was perfect for my bedroom not too overpowering. The image is beautiful and if I had another room to put a TV in it definitely would be a Samsung

I really liked this 4K UHD tv from Samsung. I like it features more especially the auto-brightness and the universal remote. But what they really need to improve is to start supporting more apps across different channels and companies.

Not sure 4 k is really that much better than 1080. But I wanted a larger tv than 32 but not as big as 50.
