    We bought this TV to watch cable channels through the Spectrum app and not have to purchase another cable box for $11/month. The Best Buy associate sold us on this TV for that very reason. We have made numerous calls to Spectrum, as the app won’t work. We were informed there are issues with the app on Samsung TVs - seems it’s a widespread issue. Very disappointed the associate either wasn’t aware or chose not to share with us. Wishing we had made a different purchase.

    The Samsung 43” 4K TV would shut itself off. This occurred within the first ninty days of delivery. The Geek Squad replaced the motherboard under warranty.

    Ok for a second tv

    This TV is ok even being 4K, we like our 3D tv and the 3D movies which we are disappointed they are not making them anymore to buy, Very Disappointed. This TV is good enough for a second tv, thought 4K was suppose to be great, oh well

    I would have given a 4 star rating, but the first one I brought home and set up was broken. Had to go back to the store - so far sfrom good. Great deal for a decent quality 4K TV

    Picture quality is inconsistent, sometimes gets brighter and need to adjust. Most of the problems I have are on the audio side. Random pops occur, and the sound lowers dramatically then quickly goes back to normal. Happens way too often and Samsung insists the problem is an external source - but my cacle box is all i have connected and I used that without a problem on my old TV. Overall, it's slightly below average quality and I would not purchase this TV again.

    "Like New" "Certified" my foot!

    I have spent over two hours trying to chase down all the parts that were NOT included with this "like new" "certified" item. It seems like a very nice TV but it came in a box (from another brand and model of TV) with the power cable and NOTHING ELSE. NO remote. NO stand. NO adaptors. NOTHING. I don't even know what was missing because there was no manual! Over the course of the evening, I had to call three times and the ultimate result, after a lot of checking, 30 minute+ hold times, etc. was to have credits or gift cards issued so I could buy the missing parts because the TV is no longer manufactured. I saved $50 over ordering from another retailer and IT WASN'T WORTH IT. Everyone helping me was very nice but there is only so much they can do when an item is sent missing so much. Your certification is ridiculously faulty and I won't be buying another open box item again.

    We don't have cable/sat yet so we have to use on antenna and use the provided remote. The picture is dark, the guide is small and we can't read from across the room. We hate the remote that came with the tv. We hope once we get sat service we will like the tv better. We have two other samsung tvs and like them very much. This is our first smart tv and we aren't impressed so far.

    Bought a new TV- picture is terrible, remote doesn't work, tried to return it and we were told it was not able to be returned due to it was a final sale, there is no owners manual in the box so we don't know how to fix picture or remote. TV is just sitting in it's box in my room, on the floor, it is basically trash. We are VERY unhappy.

    Excellent Mid-Priced UHD Television

    We bought this after our old Panasonic tv died. Went with UHD although content and internet speeds have yet to catch up. Initial setup was very easy and I used an ethernet cable so it was a snap to connect to my home network. Be sure to turn off the 'energy saver' feature otherwise your picture will be dark and washed out The only changes I have made to the initial picture settings are: set picture mode to 'natural', dialed contrast down to 92, reduced the backlight a couple of points. The picture is just brilliant Couldn't be happier. The remote initially seems strange but it is very intuitive and within minutes everything becomes clear. Highly recommended.

    A very good value for the price. Pro's: light weight, bright colors, thin profile Cons: They could have added one more HDMI jack(4 instead of just 3), construction is a little cheaper than my previous Samsung TV, although I guess that's why the price is lower. Overall, a good value though.

    Samsung makes excellent products...we had several (Range, Refrigerator), so when we were in the market for a new 4K TV, we chose Samsung. The clarity, even with ordinary HD is remarkable. I highly recommend this TV to anyone.
