I looked at several but wanted to go to a 4K that was not huge since it was for a bedroom. The size limited my options. Joe, the salesman showed me my options and then helped me compare picture, features, cost, etc. I came home with the Samsung and couldn't be happier. The picture is awesome and the remote replaces the Comcast remote, TV remote and the roku. Down to one remote...yeah!

Great price for the quality and 2160p. With all the apps (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO Go) it us excellent for all the new Ultra High Definition movies.

The picture and sound are both excellent. Getting connected to the wi fi for streaming was relatively easy and the controls are simple to use. The remote works fine and is a very abbreviated version. All in all, a good purchase and value despite being $200 more than other TVs with the same features.

The 43 in smart TV is perfect for my living room. Not too big and not too small. It was easy to set up and get connected for this minimally techy person. This is my 2nd Samsung Smart TV. I have a smaller one upstairs. I am very happy with my choice and love the Smart TV feature for added viewing options. I use Amazon Prime and enjoy commercial free programming.

For a Black Friday TV, it is more than sufficient for bedroom needs. Decent picture. I’ve seen better but it’s not bad in the slightest. It’s got enough inputs, the remote is very intuitive. I’m not a huge TV guy but coupled with a decent sound at, it’s a pleasure to watch in bed. (Soundbar is key because the speakers in the TV are doable but have no wow factor).

Another great Samsung TV. Easy to set up. Awesome picture quality. The sound from the TV speakers is so much better than previous TVs I've owned.

Our old tv (an Insignia) stopped working, and we found this one, which is up-to-date, easy-to-use, and a very good bang for your buck. Love it!

Great Picture, Sound similar to other tvs but better than LG which I returned because it was poor and the LG remote was stupid. Set-up is easy. Remote is very smart - much better than competition. Can navigate from tv to dvd to web very easily and can use remote in place of Cablevision remote.

We needed a new TV, but were unsure if we really needed 4K. With the assistance of the staff, we found the right TV at an excellent price.

Picked it up on sale saved bunch of $$$$. Very good picture and sound. On line prosessing was very fast. Ready for pickup in 15 minutes.

This television has a great picture plus all the bells and whistles of a smart t.v. However, it was time consuming getting it up and running. We needed a new and improved router, a new and compatible modem, and an upgrade in our internet speed. Once we got the Netflix going, the cable didn't work and vice versa. We were on the phone with Cox Communications at least 3 times for assistance and were trouble shooting for 3 days. Not sure these problems are the same for all brands of smart televisions or just the Samsung brand.

The Samsung 43" Smart 4K Ultra HD TV is great. I think it is the best TV that I could have bought for the area that we had to place it.

I had a little trouble using the remote control but nothing serious. TV has not let me down, image is great. Will buy another real soon.

The best TV we have ever owned. The picture is incredible as well as the audio and being a smart TV, the additional features we now have access to are amazing. Great price at Best Buy & excellent support and customer service as well.

This Samsung is perfect for those who wish to enjoy 4K but don't have a lot of space. Good pic. Sound is alright for internal speaker.

Got this for a new tv in our bedroom. Paired with a Roku ultra, it has a beautiful 4k image. Would recommend and would buy again.

I have tried many TV's and I have to say that Samsung has the best picture by far. Blacker Blacks and flesh tones more realistic
