Got it open box for pocket change. We were gonna get a cheaper Insignia of the same size, but the Samsung ended up being signifficantly cheaper after the discount. Would recommend, much better than Insignia.

I have always bought Samsung products and this TV is just another reason why I do. Easy to set up, light weight, picture quality on it is amazing and not to mention beautiful sound. Strongly recommended. Great price.

This was the best decision I’ve made in a while. I won a comparable 50” LG smart tv in a raffle sometime mid 2022. The TV and technology was great, though a bit large for my space. Too, because I had previously been so immersed in the Samsung ecosystem, there was a slight learning curve. Nothing too significant that hindered enjoyment of it. Fast forward to life happening and I pulled my tv from the storage unit I had it sitting in for about 8 months. To my dismay, the screen was cracked. Luckily, I had been eyeballing an additional television, smaller in size because I was now in a much smaller space. Specifically The Frame, but the review for that will come once I come into possession of one. The wonderful rep at Best Buy: Beaumont sold me on the 43” Samsung Crystal UHD, perfect for my space size and budget. Let me tell you something: for this to be a “budget” television, it sure packs a punch! The one I have was an open box model and was missing its legs. I currently have it propped on a desk, awaiting a more willing person to mount it on the wall for me. Despite this, the audio quality is absolutely insane. I don’t hear any muffle or distortion. I paired the tv to a pair of wireless over the ear headphones (effortless process I have to say, which I cannot say for the LG tv). There was very little difference outside the bass enhancement technology within the headphones. The audio was just as good which leads me to believe Samsung has put work into audio development on their televisions. I had especially missed the Samsung TV feature: the ability to stream dozens of channels wirelessly and without a subscription. I had not experienced the Samsung TV Plus and when I say it had me almost ready to cancel all my streaming services…. I’ve been a fan of Samsung for years and I truly believe them to be leaders in innovation. Even their entry level products appeal to the most immersed of tech geeks.

Great clear TV at perfect price point. It was easy to set up amd get all my apps logged in. Remotes were also easy to sync. I have both the cable and tv remotes syncd and they work as designed. Tv is really light for its size.

Love the TV. The picture is very clear! The price was really good. Setup was easy. We get way better reception from our antenna than we did with our older TV. So glad we decided to give this a chance.

Love this Tv… great deal on sale picture is wonderful and tv is thin. Easy to operate,and love Samsung channels. Would only buy Samsung even if you don’t have cable get all extra Samsung channels for free.

Clear picture. New operating system. Very clear picture. Easy setup. Remote is a little sparse on the buttons, but easier to use for old people who don't understand all the buttons.

Really nice TV for the size and price. Would certainly recommend it. Only negative would be getting back to the home screen on the remote if use an outside streaming system.

I don't know much about TVs if I'm being honest. But this is the first TV I've ever bought for myself. Normally my mom or sister would gift me their hand me down TVs. So, I am probably biased when I say this is a really good TV. The quality is beautiful and I feel like I'm watching things with a new picture because of how good the Crystal UHD 4K is. Easy to set up and it has 3 HDMI plug ins. I have my PS5, XBOX One, and my sound system all hooked in without sacrificing one over the other. Truly recommend.

Fits perfect in my bedroom. Picture and clarity is pretty great. The sound is fine for a thin TV, but I have a sound bar to use when watching a movie. The automatic set up was just awesome. It set up my DISH connection, BluRay player, Internet, and sound bar automatically. Wow, talk about easy! Didn't have to use any brain function at all. LOL. I've always bought Samsung, and this is just what I needed. They continue to produce a good quality product. This replaces one I have had for 12 years. If this one lasts for 12 years, I will still be happy.

Actually a 4.5--Colors great. Ease of use. Great picture. Only knock is the sound. Volume is at the higher levels on this one compared to our last one--Sony Bravia. But that only lasted 4 years before picture went dark. Never buy anything other rhan Samsung from now on.

Great tv for the price. Simple set up and easy to add apps. Using it for an add on tv in bedroom to stream off of the Spectrum app so I could eliminate the Spectrum box.
