Need for picture improvement

After install picture looked good, however, I was watching the tennis championship and while the court looked good all the peoples faces were flushed out. Very distracting and annoying. Didn't want to start playing with setting and possibly ruining the picture. Of the many TV's I brought, including Samsung, I have never had to adjust picture settings out of the box. The second problem is the remote, can't figure out how to increase the volume, keeps going to mute. Not the greatest, no input button, remote format.

Good Budget TV

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got this during black friday and I’ve fallen in love with this tv.Watching Movies on here have been great and I would reccomend it.If you’re planning on using it for gaming I wouldn’t reccomend it has the “game mode” only runs at 60 Hz.Theres no 120 Hz for gaming

Screen decent processing not great

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The screens decent you get what you pay for in this budget tv with a name brand but the proccessing is nad on loading apps sometimes it freezes up and if you use something that has ads that have an ad within the ad then it will shrink your screen when you return to whatever you were viewing minor annoyanve but if it was your main tv it would get okd fast its a solid bedroom tv
