Amazing improvement from my 9 year old Samsung!

I had a Samsung that was about 9 years old and boy what difference! I can access all my apps which I couldn’t on the old ones. I have Apple, Prime and Netflix and it’s all right there on the TV. I can talk into the remote. I’m so excited to have all these perks.

I was worried about the setup, but the instructions and the technology allowed for easy setup. Also, the folks at BestBuy were super helpful, sourcing the product and helping me get it into my car. Could not have been nicer.

Some functioned slowly. This TV seemed to function pretty well and response time with remote seemed fast. Sound seems a little on the light side though. Overall pleased.

We were in need of a streaming device after cutting the cord and rather than spend more than half this price on apple tv this made more sense and we are happy with the purchase.

My video games are watching TV. Or a movie And also I can control the TV with my phone.

We returned it on 5/23/2023 and Best Buy made good, replacing with the same TV. Again, we have installed it by our professional, we'll see how everything goes! The experience at Best Buy was good - no questions asked.

This follows the satisfied trend. The only mild qualm I have with the the TV is Samsungs home interface is slightly different and now more sluggish to navigate. The rest is greatt.
