Offers a nice 4k image, bluetooth for headphones, and many built in streaming apps. Even non 4k content like a Nintendo Switch still look great on this tv.

I'm happy to hear that you are enjoying the 4K Picture Quality. Please know your feedback regarding the remote control will be sent to our internal design teams.
Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust the volume, and to MUTE the sound; you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for more than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appear. You can find more information regarding the remote on pages 24-26 of the full user manual.

I have a computer shop in TV repair and Samsung TV is the least to be bought in my store for repair. These TVs are great and last long every TV in my house is a Samsung.

TV works great, but also had to buy a Roku to get all the channels I wanted. There is a slight screen abnormality that I noticed when standing in front of the TV, but you don’t see it sitting on the couch, which really is what matters most. Overall I’m a happy customer and the staff were very helpful.

The settings are not too hard to use. Its very light and easy to setup. The Samsung app to control TV was not good. Just using the remote. BUT...weird volume button you do NOT depress down (that mutes). You pivot the button in a way I have never seen to move volume up and down.
