The way that the remote is set up, but the television makes no sense.And is quite aggravating

The TV is great, we use it for outdoors. We like the Samsung as you are able to download the DirectTV Stream app. It is the only TV that allows it.

This was purchased for one room and never used there sat in box for 2 months using now in another house -just right for a bedroom wall works great - remote is simple too

The tv is fine, light and easy to install. May have to look some stuff online since it involves usinv the internet. No issues otherwise

Great bedroom tv. We don’t need the high end tv for the bedroom. Like the fact the the sleep timer menu is so easy to get to.

Reps were great! Helped me troubleshoot. Turned out to be something internal in Tv. Came out and installed replacement. Great communication skills. These two need a hefty raise!

The TV is great for bedroom use, would even work for an apartment. However, the sound is very quiet so a soundbar was necessary so that I didn't have to turn the TV up so loud just to hear it.

I purchased this to use as a monitor and it has been great so far. Paired with a 4k HDMI cable my resolution is perfect and it works like an actual monitor.

Tv is great! Has awesome screen quality and runs fast. I have had no problems with it and would purchase it again!

Video is good. Audio is average. The pickup service was excellent. The setup on wlan networks requires the IP address, maybe think about including this in the paperwork or away to see online. We had to setup improperly to get the address and then restart our effort.
