This tv is disappointing on several levels.Remote is small and difficult to use. Controls are not intuitive and instructions and manuals are vague and even misleading. AND at times when streaming {especially live espn+, but not exclusively} the tv freezes up. It will NOT respond to the remote and cannot even shut the tv off. The only way to get the the set to reset is shut off from the control under the screen {if you can even find it} or pull the plug.

I recommend ensuring you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, if you experience your TV freezing up, please try running a cold boot. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
You can also learn how to use your remote directly from your TV. Just go to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.

We have this tv in our bedroom and then we have 2 OLED tvs in our living room and den and most tvs look terrible compared to the OLEDs. Highly recommend this tv and will be buying both kids one for their rooms.

Only 2 things i would change. 1 being the sleep timer, I miss being able to set times for each day and not have to set one every time i use the TV. The other is the home screen, which i might just haven't figured out yet lol.
