The sound on the TV we bought doesn't get loud enough. We have to put it all the way up to hear it. This is not an issue with any of our other televisions.

Thank you for your feedback on the CU7000 TV. I have a few recommendations that may improve your experience with the sound quality.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Buyer Beware- Shady Delivery Drivers

Unfortunately it never showed up even though it said it was picked up by the delivery driver. The following morning it said it delivered 8:00am. As I was home and could see no one ever stopped by. Cameras to verify that no one delivered it. Then they took a picture off the internet from 3 years ago saying they delivered it, of course it never showed a package by the door. Had to call and explain several times to the call center of the situation. Finally they would refund my purchase. Nope they charged me a 2nd time with nothing to show for it. Finally the refunded both charges and I ordered the same tv from Target and picked it up locally. TV is great just do not buy it with Best Buy’s delivery service.
