    1440p option is nice. 4k, hdr, and colors aren't as good as the last Samsung TV I had (mu7000). Smart UI is a little on the slow side so can be a bit annoying to navigate. Game mode can be a little intrusive as it tries to force itself on and off at times even when changing the settings. Decent TV.

    Geek squad technicians are very good. Sales staff and scheduling crew can use some remedial training. There does not seem to be a good connection between store personnel, online personnel and technicians.
