Really nice TV for the price, things look great and perfect for gaming!

Great TV. Terrible remote. We bough a separate universal remote that is a lot easier to use. Samsung should put a little more effort into their remotes to make them as good as their TV's.

Bought thos for my son’s college dorm. Set up super fast but the batteries that came with it were dead. So it took 3x as long as it should of to drove to the store amd buy more batteries. Work fine after.

I only buy samsung tvs . This one just as great as they usually are. They sre always plug and play and ready to stream. Best buy got it to me jist like they promised.

My overall experience with Best Buy I gave a 5 star rating due to the ease of purchase, the fast delivery, and overall experience.

I have the 65" version of this in my living room which is a great tv so i purchased the 43" for my bedroom. Great tv, no issues whatsoever.

So far (only had it a month so far) the picture is good. The sound however is disappointing. If I need to turn the sound up I am use to upping the volume from say 16 to 18 or 19. On this I can raise the volume level from 16 up to high 40's to hear a difference. And please don't tell me It works great with a sound bar. I don't have a sound bar and shouldn't need to purchase an expensive sound bar just to hear the tv.

I just got this for my 97 birthday and LOVE it. The men who installed it were perfect. Wish they had done it as a birthday gift, however. Very satisfied

very good tv, perfect colors and many options to program it to your liking, the only small problem is the audio, it is a little low.

I always bury my electronics at Best Buy. I’ve come to trust them and prices are always the best. All my tvs are Samsung. Great selection at Best Buy!

So far, this item has been great, the auto channel feature appears to need resetting once a week to maintain connectivity.

It fits, it works, it was what I needed. Got it installed so the wires don’t show. I wasn’t familiar with a smart tv so it took a little learning.
