Samsung has a great quality tv and pitcure. The remote is terribble and not enough buttons, not intuitive, and does not allow for a "previous channel" option. I've searched the internet for ideas, but none of them work.

This television is easy to install and just the right size for a smaller room. A big thank you to the salesperson who helped us find it.

Nice picture. Adjusting sound took awhile. I find the Samsung remote very confusing to use. We have Verizon Fios and use universal remotes. Instructions were not helpful in syncing these with the TV

The Samsung 43" TV was exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Nathan provided ample info for me about the TV and even assisted me by answering a question not related to my purchase. I was receiving a message from Webroot every time I turned on my computer that my subscription has been canceled. I knew that I had not canceled the subscription. Nathan told me to be sure I had entered the code number. When I did, I stopped receiving the Webroot subscription canceled notice. Yay!

I needed a tv in my breakfast room and this fit perfect with the wall space available. It was easy for me to setup for my streaming service and within minutes after mounting it I was up and running with YouTube TV.

Purchased for my 92 year old Grandfather. Even his old eyes could detect the superior picture quality of this TV. Sure, 4k TVs are a dime a dozen nowadays, but Samsung is very reputable , with above average build quality. We picked this one because it was the BRIGHTEST 43" panel out of all the display models. The Samsung UI was a little confusing for him to figure out, but after the initial setup, he just uses the dedicated Netflix button for his shows.

Purchasing the Samsung Smart Tizen TV online through Best Buy was exceptionally easy. The television was very easy to setup out of the box and the instructions for connecting with my internet were also very easy to follow. The picture and sound have wonderful clarity. This was a great purchase and the second such purchase within a year for Samsung televisions through Best Buy.

Our second TV of this model. Great picture for our bedroom. Apps for steaming are easy to set up and use.

We were pleased that the size was just slightly under 43" so that it would fit in our TV cabinet whereas other 43" models would not. Appreciate the clarity of the picture but wish there was greater volume.
